Ordered at 12:10 PM for lunch and didn’t even get a “out for delivery” notification until 12:52 PM — over 40 minutes just to leave the store. Jimmy John’s prides itself on being freaky fast, but this was anything but. No updates, no communication, and by the time it arrived, lunch was basically over. If I wanted to wait nearly an hour, I would’ve gone with another restaurant. Super disappointing experience from a brand that’s supposed to be known for speed. Won’t be ordering from this location again unless something changes.

Jimmy John’s proudly advertises “freaky fast,” but apparently accuracy was optional today. It’s honestly impressive how confidently wrong this order was. Not even close. If this was a test to see how badly a sandwich could be assembled while still technically being food, congratulations — you passed.
I would explain what was wrong, but at this point it feels like that would require retraining from the ground up. Maybe slow it down just a little and read the ticket next time.

they literally didn’t even try, i ordered a beach club, a TOASTED ultimate italian with no onion, lettuce, or tomato, and a new picklewich. my beach club was not a beach club it was instead an italian nightclub sub and my TOASTED ultimate italian was another italian nightclub??? the picklewich was also non existent as they forgot it, so disappointing

I got the $10 meal to get the badge in the app and I literally got a lettuce sandwich. It’s absolutely not worth it!! That’s a scam deal, is all I have to say. I spent $30 on dinner for it to look like this and not taste like anything.

If you’re looking for a low carb option as far as subs go, try the Unwich! They can make any of their sandwiches this way. It’s basically the sandwich of your choice, wrapped in lettuce leaves. I had a Turkey Tom and added onions, perfect! It’s filling, lettuce was crisp and you honestly don’t miss the bread. I prefer this to the subs in a tub from Jersey Mike’s that you eat with a fork. This comes wrapped tight in paper so it’s easy to eat on the go. Price wise, it was like $8 so not bad. Staff was nice, service was quick, and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Give it a try!

This is the 2nd time in a row I have ordered tuna that has smelled and tasted like it had been around for days. Lesson learned. No more tuna there for me. The tuna used to be really good. Maybe they changed brands, maybe it’s not actually tuna, or maybe it’s not made fresh. I am uncertain. I tried to eat it anyway but now I am super grossed out and smell like a seal.

***update 8/29 I gave them a 2nd chance and ordered another chicken bacon ranch.. When I opened my sandwich imagine my suprise to find an Italian Night Club #9. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Save your money go somewhere else. We ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and instead of ranch each sandwich had horseradish sauce. When I tried to call in the store the associate refused to get me someone to talk to telling me his manager wouldn’t talk to me they were to busy at lunch. And after the owner reached out to me and I had a conversation with him he let me know I shouldn’t have left a negative review because I’ve surely made mistakes in my own job. I’ve never been a customer is right type of person but I’ve also never had a business let alone the owner try to make me feel bad for a mistake they made. Unprofessional all the way around in how this was handled.

First the person at the register couldn’t hear us and added on an extra pickle to our order that needed fixed. Then she walked back into the kitchen with my card which I didn’t like. Next we got a partially halved pickle. No chips that we had ordered. And no mayo packets that we put online. I called back to the store and they didn’t want to give us any complimentary to pick back up our chips they forgot. We had to go pick them back up

I love the people but the outside menu is so dirty or old I can’t read it and the speaker system is horrendous I can’t hear them and have to make them repeat everything multiple times very annoying I just got home with my sandwich it is perfect but I’m sure they missed me saying no lettuce because my sandwich was stuffed with it I barely heard the guy say lite onions and I repeated No onions but I didn’t hear him question the lettuce so neither did I. I scraped off all the lettuce but it really ruined my sandwich. I’m sure it wasn’t the guys fault it was the speaker
