Had a horrible first experience here. I asked for two veggie sandwiches and I asked for them both the same way so as not to confuse him. But he still got it wrong. He didn’t even have things I asked for on the receipt such as hot peppers and onions. There was such a small amount of guac also. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the receipt until I got home or I would’ve gone back in. Lesson to learn here is to check your receipt and hope whatever was on there even is in the sandwich . Also, he proceeded to take two other peoples orders before he even started on mine. I feel it would be better to do one order at a time and get it right.

While the hours aren’t ideal, the food is good as well as the service. Shame I don’t have the option to get lunch from this place everyday, but I’ve never had a bad experience with this location and whatever they are paying the employees isn’t enough.

I absolutely LOVE Jimmy Johns but most of all love the staff at this location they are always so nice and have my order here in no time! I order from them 2 times a week on both days they are open mind you I wish they were open more but I completely understand why they are not. You cant force no one to work you can only do so much and if you don’t got the staff you don’t have it so I’m just happy they are open those 2 days but pray they get workers only for their sake not mine . And I have to mention what just happened I actually work right across the street at the Wingate and its Thursday so I order my fave Jimmy Johns! Well im addicted to their chips so I usually order 2 bags, but when I opened the bag I only seen one so I just called to double check to see if I ordered them or If I just forgot this time which I did forget, so they asked me if I would like to order a bag and i proceeded to tell them I would not make them come back over for one bag of chips. so I started to eat my lunch and seen the delivery driver who is always soooo nice and I chat with every time comes in he actually brought me a free bag of chips and I thought that was just the nicest thing for him to do that im gonna have to get his name. Thank you guys for being awesome and you will continue to have my business!!!! *Girl From The Wingate* LOL

This location is never open! Honestly I wish it would just close and something else open. As much as I love Jimmy Johns food, the leadership of this location can’t run a business. Open twice a week for 4 hours what a joke. Also the staff when they are there (which is pretty much never) is rude and disrespectful and act like they are doing you a favor just to have showed up for work. Customer service still is important even if it’s not important to you!!!!

Employees treat you like you shouldn’t be there. Very uncomfortable experience every single time. Bath room dirty and no soap. No management to address any issue ever. If you don’t want to work there then quit. Don’t take it out on the customer. Great place to stop for a quick lunch. Always well staffed for the lunch rush, sandwiches are always fast and well made. Generally there is space to sit, but if I stop in for lunch I’ll usually just bring it back to my office. The restaurant is always clean, but parking can at times be tough.

Please close the doors permanently. This store is hardly ever open even on prime lunch time on a weekday and even Saturday during lunch. Starbucks right next door is busy as can be. You would think ownership would want to capitalize and make money off this alone.
