I am 100% satisfied with this location!! There is a woman who works there during the day (I don’t know her name) but she is AMAZING! Everyday I order through the app (which I highly recommend!) and when I come to pick up my food she greats me with such happiness and genuine excitement! I absolutely LOVE getting my lunch from here every single day! She makes me feel so welcome and more than just a customer! So whoever she is…she doesn’t even know that she makes a difference everyday in my life- breaking away to get my lunch is really nice to see a smiling face! Thank u for all that you do! You rock as a person!!! Oh and the food is always ON POINT! Thank u guys!!

Restaurant was clean, nice on the inside. I guess I didn’t know much about Jimmy John’s before going. Only white bread, no chicken, drink and otherwise choices are limited. All sandwiches are cold. The plus is it doesn’t smell like s*bw*y with the bread smell.

I live 15 mins from this location. It’s the closest location to me. 3 different times in a row I’ve drove here only for them to be closed 2 of those times with no sign stating that or anything. Didn’t find out until I got to the speaker and didn’t get a response so I looked at the window and it looked empty. The last time I came here which was 2 weeks ago, there is a sign stating that location is closed. SMH. With the price of gas, I’m tired of wasting my time going there for nothing. Especially when Google states they are open until 7. The owner needs to do something.

The last several times I’ve ordered food from here it has taken over an HOUR to get my food. I live around 1-2 miles from the store. Sandwiches should not be taking this long. When I complained to corporate I just get a basic response from the franchise owner that says “we are working to better this.” No bit of compensation or anything.

Has been closed for months regardless of being reflected online as open. You cannot order pickup from here and each time I’ve tried to visit there is a sign that says closed.

Came at 1:45p, August 29th, 2021, store was empty, unlit, pulled up to drive-thru, waited at the speaker, nothing. I know staffing sucks right now but I looked everywhere I could think of, front door, speakerbox, menu board, drive thru window, and there was no sign saying “store closed”, “out to lunch”, or anything to that effect anywhere. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this store didn’t take even the most basic precautions to not waste my time.
