The lady who’s been there years, perhaps the manager has a sour demeanor and condescending attitude. She’s not friendly or welcoming at all. Leaving there always leaves a bad taste in my mouth, when I go to get great tastes. It never fails, I always know what to expect when I go in there. It doesn’t matter is it’s one or 2 words spoken to a customer or to oneself. Tone, pitch and gestures say a lot. The energy is off. Not a good vibe to pass on to her team either. Because the cashier got an attitude with me the last time I went there when I asked for extra lettuce. I’m sure she got it from the person who trained her. At least the subs are good.

The kid that waited on us was great he got us to buy both their potato salad which was good and we got a pesto salad which I’m sorry we didn’t care for but the subs were made fast and correctly and also delicious and we got the pickle which I absolutely love. It’s so crunchy.

I work in the area and always am using the app for a take out, they always forget to update the app so when I go into the store my food has been sitting there for how god knows long, and they can’t be bothered to update the app. This has happened several times, i tried to understand at first but it feels like a joke now. Don’t get order for a pickup at jimmy john’s if you you don’t want to wait over an hour for these childish employees!

Very consistent with the sandwiches I order. The store is super clean inside. Love the quality of all the ingredients and the bread is always fresh. I order online and pick up for lunch once a week. The only thing I don’t like is my office is just barely outside of their delivery area so I have to pick up. It’s always ready when I get there. And it is always 100% correct, never have anything missing.

Went in today and got two sandwiches. The girl at the counter didn’t bother to read my order back to me or check anything when I said it. So instead of having pickles on my sandwich I got hot peppers. I’m mildly allergic to the kind they use. If she would have clarified peppers versus pickles, I would have been able to eat my sandwich. Now I’m out 20 bucks. Normally I love this place, but that’s because I order online where there’s no chance of anyone screwing it up like that. Never going to walk-in order again. Online only.

We stopped here on the way back from Cleveland and got subs for the following day lunch. The crew here was super friendly when we entered and said goodbye and thanks when we left. Signs said that service could be slow due to lack of help but this was mid-afternoon on a weekday and not an issue at all. We got 4 subs and 4 cookies, everything was perfect.

I stop by this location often. The service far exceeds any other location that I visit. The place is super clean always. The employees are always so friendly and top notch. Shout out to Hope and Faith. You two lovelies rock!! Love me some Avon Jimmy John’s!

Shame on the management and ownership of this location. I went to pick up my online order and this poor single employee working all by herself on the evening of the Super Bowl. Absolutely terrible to leave your staff shorthanded on one of the busiest food take out days of the year. Kudos to the employee as she was trying her best.
