Was really looking forward to trying their new BBQ Ranch Chicken Sandwich, ordered it online for delivery via their app. Was called and said they didn’t have a driver and that I could come pick up my food. Was still charged the delivery fee. Not only that but there wasn’t BBQ Ranch or Cheese on my sandwich.

That place was a joke. I wouldn’t ever go there again. Rude employees, can’t get a order correct. No accountability for sorry nasty food.when I tried calling about my order. Nothing but excuses. Word of my experience will help people not to go there. There’s no excuse for there poor service.

Place an order at the drive thru. Had to repeat it several times. After getting to the window he repeated the order ands it was not correct. I wanted my sandwiches toasted. A woman making sandwiches said it was too late to toast them. Then I waited about 20 minutes for two sandwiches thinking they remade it the way I ordered it. They didn’t. They are slow. They have terrible customer service. Nobody follows up with reported issues.
Edit: I already did that two weeks ago when this happened and like my original review states, nobody in your franchise follows up on issues.

Absolute worst customer service ever. I called to explain to the lady about the problem with my sandwich. She accused me of cussing the girl out telling me I was swearing over the phone, which is absolutely not true. I was explaining to her that the meat tasted funny on my sandwich. She got very rude and nasty. I highly recommend, do not go to this Jimmy John’s
