I love this location because I can order online when I am running errands, then stop by the drive-through on my way home and my order is ready, and I don’t even need to leave my car! The orders have always been accurate and the ingredients fresh. I recommend the chain and this location in particular.

Food is always great, but this location typically handles the lunch rush very poorly. Literally half hour wait in the drive thru to move 6 cars. The drive thru backs up to the street, so all of the delivery drivers in parking spots get blocked in with nowhere to go. They make you sit at the speaker for 5 mins before taking your order, delaying the process even more. Could be making so much more money during the lunch rush if they moved customers through more quickly.

I don’t suggest you order from them, as I have had several times items missing, costing me money. Last time they forgot my pickle, this time my chips. Delivery takes 40 minutes to an hour. I uninstalled app, as I will never order here again. If you want JJs, go in and order to make sure you don’t waste money.

Ordered from this restaurant and got delivery to be sent to my work. An hour goes by and I call to see why the online order hasn’t updated. Guy on the phone tells me there’s been a call off. I state that I understand things happen and to just give me a refund. Going on over a week now and I’ve contacted the corporate office and they stated this location is a franchise and that they would reach out. Few more days have gone by and no one has contacted me. Guess I will have to dispute it with my bank. Stay away from this location.
