It took almost 2 hrs for me to receive my order. After calling the restaurant an 1:20 minutes into waiting for the delivery driver, they lied to me saying that he was outside. After going outside and waiting an additional 15 minutes, no one showed. My food was delivered just about 2 hrs after I placed my order and it was cold and soggy (to add to that they didn’t provide any utensils; I am not at home, so what am I supposed to use my hands?) I called back asking at least for a discount for the wait and I had told them about the quality of the food and the owner refused to give me a discount or a refund. I wasn’t planning on writing a review, but I thought that the owner was very unprofessional and careless! I will never order from this restaurant again.

My husband and I had food delivered to us, It got here faster than I expected. I ordered the orange chicken and it was delicious. It comes with a big orange slice on top so I did find a seed, didn’t bother me though. Over all I liked their food and would recommend them to my friends.

I just ordered today for delivery. Came in about 40minutes. I got a pretty big order. I had sweet and sour pork, orange chicken, vegetable lo mein, crab Rangoon, fried wanton, and Chinese donuts. Everything tasted pretty good to me. My favorites were the Chinese donuts, orange chicken, and fried wantons. Everything else was decent especially for the price and how much you get. Will definitely order again. 🙂

For the most part, they’re ok. Fast service. Nice people. There was an issue with the website, however. One of the options was chicken fried rice with the chef special. So that’s what I selected. It was in my order. I assumed that’s what we’d get. I would have paid the extra $2, but the order said “free.” Update the website.
Also, if a 6″ burger sub is just a burger, SAY THAT! If a customer asks for no condiments, don’t put condiments on it.
It’s fine. I’m leaving anyway. Just wanted take away one more time, because I’m exhausted.

Ordered dinner over the phone on a weekday night, was promised 45 minutes to 1 hour delivery. After 1.5 hours wait time food was delivered. Dinner was room temperature. Taste was repulsive and toxic as if one used kerosene in the open to prepare a meal. I called and requested a refund only to be transferred to a “manager” who first said that she was not in charge and then attempted to bully me before hanging up.
Not all the ordered items from the menu were bad, some were disgusting.
If I were to rate this place a zero I would.

I called them today 6/1/18 at 1:55pm for a delivery they didn’t deliver the food until 3:35pm and I only ordered 1 meal of sesame chicken and 1 order of General tso chicken. I called them 3x and they said “oh he’s close only a few minutes away he only has 3 deliveries” every time. This is a small town there’s no way it takes 2 hours to receive your food!!!! & it wasn’t even good & and the place was only 2.1 miles away. The only reason I didn’t drive was because I didn’t have access to my car. Non the less this was the worst experience I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Don’t bother going here the food isn’t even that great. I should’ve walked, Ive never written a review in my life I hope this helps someone avoid this place. Or maybe they should fire their delivery driver.

They couldn’t get my simple order straight. They messed it up so bad they charged me $36 for two lunch plates. I asked for soy sauce and duck sauce and they didn’t even give me that. I also asked for chop sticks. U think I got them? The fried wontons were stale, couldn’t even chew them. The pepper stake was so over cooked it was like chewing on shoe leather. Delivery was an hour late. Only thing good I can say about this place was the delivery guy was friendly

We ordered pepper steak and Mongolian beef for delivery which was supposed to be spicy The food was here in a reasonable timing The service was good The food on the other I’m very disappointed .you could not tell the difference between the two. Both of the dishes had more vegetables than anything else .Also my husband found pork in his pepper steak I will never eat there again. Paid $25.00 which was way to much for vegetables.

It’s a great place if your eating there. But for Togo it was over two hours before I got my deliver. My food was not even hot. The owner said he could take it back and remake it. But 3:45 I would take my cold food and eat it when I ordered at 1230

Definantly the worst Chinese food I have ever ordered. Delivery took well over a hour only to receive old mushy sesame seed chicken, nasty yellow fried rice, two egg rolls (one was suppose to be shrimp but both were just regular plain egg rolls), and didn’t even receive my sweet tea. I paid $20.45 . Gave the driver $25 he didn’t even offer change even though I was going to tip him the $4.55 it’s just the point. Then he was rushing off like he knew the food was old. Never again will I order from them and I encourage no one to even waste their money on this awful restaurant with their awful food. It went straight to the TRASH, I wouldn’t even feed that mess to my dogs
