Located at the corner of Ten Pin Alley and Main St in Hillard. Not far from the Franklin County Fairgrounds. The service was okay. Something strange I’ve noticed about jimmy John’s is they never have napkins out for customers. We spilled a little bit of a drink and had to ask for napkins. The employee gave a couple to us to clean it up.

The wait for a Jimmy John’s sub was ridiculous.. we waited 5 min to be acknowledged and another few to get our order placed. Waited 30 minutes to even get our subs. I felt bad and wanted to give them grace as I’ve been there before, working with a short staff. But things I noticed as I was waiting: lady employee making bread with NO gloves and going back and forth touching her personal cell phone, boxes of inventory in the dining area, chips and cookie displays basically empty, dirty tabletops, trash bin that goes in the trash compartment just sitting next to it, trash on their floor where they prep their food, cleaner/chemicals sitting on counter near food and registers. And absolutely no sense of urgency from the 3 people working. They all moved at the pace of snails. Usually if you have customers waiting in lines your sense of urgency is heightened. Lady before me requested a refund and I’m assuming to write a formal complaint I’m not sure, but all 3 of the workers just had to be apart of it causing the longest delay in making everyone else’s order.
As for our order, they had no tomatoes on our subs (i think they were out but they didn’t mention it to us?) And the lady didn’t put the cheese in our sub that we paid extra for, the bread tasted burnt or old idek.
Just a suggestion to the owner of this specific location, if your team cannot perform under high pace environment or if you’re short staffed, you are better off closing for the day or even week to find a whole new staff to train! They are causing you a lot of customers to not come back.

I get the same thing every time, kinda hard to mess up a cold sandwich. Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. There was only one car ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous! If a store can’t keep up with normal business on top of online orders maybe you should not do online orders!

I had placed an order online. I pulled up to the drive through window and watched the employee make my sandwich with his blue gloves on.Then he came over and processed my payment with the same blue gloves on!!! And then — because I already knew what he was going to do — I recorded him on my phone going back to the toaster oven, pulling a sandwich out and topping/cutting the sandwich with the same disgusting gloves!!!!!!!!!
Your overall Google rating (which I just discovered) is only 3 out of 5 — WHY DON’T YOU DO SOMETHING?????

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!!! I order from this location (Hilliard-Rome) 3-4 times a week, for the last few years. Same order EVERY TIME and since this new management team took over (late September 2025 it seems) there is always something wrong!! The previous team never messed the order up. It is one of the only low carb restaurants I can order from that I actually enjoy. I normally wouldn’t leave a review but it’s getting ridiculous. The new team is rude, SLOW (upwards of 40 minutes waiting inside AFTER an online order placed and about 20 minutes between the time I show up, more than once) and terrible about getting orders correct. Today is the last day I’ll order from this location.

Order was quick and made correctly!
But big shout out to those working around noon-1230 on 11/5! I ordered mine for pick up and they were quick, efficient, very kind, made eye contact when speaking and authentically looked like they were having a good time enjoying their day and making it fun! Props to that specific staff!

Order two subs and a unwitch Online. My husband went to pick them up. They were out of sub buns to make the subs and they couldn’t make a unwitch Not really sure why because it doesn’t even require Bread. We asked for a refund was told it would be 7 to 10 business days. I asked them if they could make it on wheat bread and a wrap and still they manage to get the order wrong and they put tomatoes on everything and it wasn’t supposed to have tomatoes. What kind of sandwich shop doesn’t have bread and they can’t make a sub without bread.

We went through the drive thru and it took us over 20 minutes to get our food. We saw several employees through the window walking around not making sandwiches or helping other customers. There was clearly a new person working because they were making sandwiches while reading a step by step guide. No one was helping them. Overall, not a freaky fast experience at all.

This Jimmy John’s is not “freaky fast” like other locations. It is insanely SLOW! Today was the second time we have had to wait for our order for over 45 minutes!!! Ridiculous! There were 4 workers today and I’m not sure what the hold up was. There were times when none of them were making sandwiches. Cars were bailing out on the drive thru. When we finally received our sandwich, it was made wrong. Do better Hilliard Jimmy John’s!!

I’m so done with this location. They used to be “freaky fast,” and now they’re incredibly slow. Also, our orders are almost always wrong. Today, we picked up subs because we had a meeting and didn’t have time to make dinner. Well, we had to drive all the way back there because 2 of our 4 subs were completely wrong. And even AFTER we got the new subs, they gill hadn’t toasted the one that was supposed to be toasted.
