We had such a great experience at Jimmy John’s! Ryan took our order, and he was incredibly polite and helpful. He went above and beyond by assisting my daughter in choosing the perfect sub, and his recommendation to try their jalapeño ranch was spot on—so delicious! It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly service, and Ryan really made our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Huge thanks to Ryan for his outstanding service!

First time ever trying this place and honestly the last. Firstly when I walked in it was complete silence no hello or anything no biggie I guess. So I mentioned it was my first time ordering there because I’ve never had Jimmy John’s in my life so I got a plain turkey sub spent right under 20$ for a sub, drink and chips so I figured with the price for that it would be decent sub and absolutely not my sub was cut in half how I wanted it and when I opened it up I noticed there wasn’t any turkey at the end of the sandwich so I opened it up and that’s when I noticed that is because they put it on one spot of the sub and for the price 3 small pieces of turkey is absolutely insane there’s more bread then anything… So this will be my first and last time ever at this place I guess just because there subs cost more than a competitors doesn’t always mean it’s better! I’ll wait until I visit Ohio again, and just stop at Jersey Mikes.

10-24 I arrived . The drive thru experience came off a bit “short” today to be frank. I know it can be difficult, but better communication could be used at the intercom. The food was great though. Cudos to the maker regardless.

We have been in twice this week because it was soooo amazing! Food is spectacular. The restaurant is very clean and so are the restrooms. The drink area is very clean as well! Staff was spectacular both times we have been in this week. Definitely recommend!

So today I stopped in to Jimmy John’s through the drive-through and ordered a sandwich and went to get out my credit card and couldn’t find it. At the time I had low blood sugar. And the general manager (Scott) gave me the sandwich. And wouldn’t take no for an answer. So I thanked him and pulled over and continued looking for my credit card of which I didn’t find but eventually found $10 in my car and pulled back around and payed for my sandwich. Scott, I really appreciate you. There are still good people in the world. I will definitely be back.

Our first time at the Murray Jimmy John. Spent almost $40 on three sandwiches. Have to say, the Italian sub was completely disappointing. No vinegar and oil, and a ton of mayo. I have never had an Italian sub that was this dry.

Tried Jimmy John’s for the first time tonight and it’ll probably be the last time.
The guy at the register had no clue what he was talking about when we asked what came on the sandwiches. The subs are super overpriced for what you get. The bread sucks and the meat was salty.
We were hoping for a good sub shop in Murray but this isn’t it.

Food good? Yes. Freaky Fast? No. 20+ min. shouldn’t be the standard wait time for an pickup order in a drive-thru of restaurant that promotes quick service.

It’s not our favorite sandwich shop, but it’s a close second. This is a new location in the area, and it’s obvious they have hit the ground running . They are “freaky fast.” Give them a try, I think you will think so too. My favorite is #10 The Hunter’s Club. Although it looks like they’ve switched to processed beef.
