First time ordering was Friday January 9th 2026. Order for delivery. Was very disappointed what I got. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. With the 2 strips of bacon on it was more meat than there was chicken.. couldn’t even see chicken on it. Had take some of the lettuce off because too much. Don’t know if I’ll go back there subway was alot better experience.

They NEVER cut the sandwiches in half! Why?? I have ordered multiple times from this location, always order the sandwiches cut and they NEVER do it. Every other Jimmy John’s has no problem with cutting the sandwiches. Ordered sandwiches for me and my wife. Hers was fine. Mine was wrong. No mayo but mustard instead turned into “slather it with mayo then add mustard “ They always botch the online orders but I was standing right there so I really thought they’d pay more attention.

Just had an order delivered. I got the Big John. The bread was stale and it had 1 slice of roast beef. One.
I never know what kind of sandwich I’m going to get. The last roast beef sandwich I ordered was great. Before it, the chicken Caesar wrap didn’t have any chicken. I hoped that was just a mistake.
But after today’s sandwich, consistency is an issue.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was disappointing from start to finish. I asked for no tomatoes — my sandwich came loaded with them. I ordered a large drink — they gave me a regular. The sandwich was cold, and I had to repeat my order multiple times at the window because they weren’t listening. On top of that, they nearly forgot I had ordered an additional sandwich at all.
It felt careless and rushed, like accuracy didn’t matter. When customers pay for food, the least you expect is for the order to be correct. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark completely.

Food is good glad my Sterling got a JJ but we won’t be back. They don’t accept JJ gift cards even though they sell them!?? The manager was clueless the app only takes one form of payment and you can’t use a partial balance gift card. So all other JJ we go inside to use the split payment but this location will not do it or even attempt to try to help. Won’t be back. Too bad we live close but will go to Winchester from now on.

Food is good but would be way better if the workers actually followed instructions. The receipt on my bag clearly has exactly what I ordered but the instructions weren’t followed- add cheese to sandwiches and cut in half. Glad I paid extra for cheese and there’s no cheese. Guess I need to start unwrapping the sandwich before leaving.

Standard new Jimmy John’s, good food but they don’t follow customizations such as cutting the sandwich in half. I am going to drop a star each time they leave my delivery in front of the door (despite it blocking me in the house and a delivery note to leave on the table).

Just moved to town and decided to try Jimmy John for the 1st time we went inside to order and watched the manger set back and watch the other 4 ppl joke and play around like kids, then get home and find out my wife’s sub was the wrong kind and we were the only 2 ppl in the place so needless to say had to go back and have her sub re-made and by time I get back home of course my sub is cold now and the bread on both subs was impossible to chew.. won’t go back there again
