came to IHOP for dinner and were very happy with our meal. we traveled 1.5 hours to get there from our home. well worth the trip. spoke with Tia and Betty (the Las Vegas crew) and they were extremely helpful and friendly. This is our new seafood restaurant. Highly recommend!!

Waited to get seated over 5 minutes or more
Server tells me 20 minutes to wait to be seated. They were not seating anyone because of staffing Food came out cold. Once my food was served to me that was the last time I saw the server until it was time to pay! The only one I actually saw working was the busser. My question is… The server no where to be seen and the busser clearing off all the tables? It wasn’t even busy!!

My family and I love Ihop, and my favorite things on menu is the cinnastack! So this past Saturday, we decide to go to dinner at this ihop location.
We’ve gone a few times before, but our visits are long enough in between, that I forget just how slow their service always is.
We had our drink orders taken, and then it took forever for those drinks to be brought out. Why? There were two other tables, they were not busy.
It’s finally time to place our order. I ordered the cinnastack, my favorite thing on the menu, and it’s been a while since I’ve been able to enjoy it. So I had been thinking about it all day.
After we order, it takes forever for our food to be brought out. Again, if they were busy, I would understand, but they weren’t, and I even mentioned to my husband about just leaving and going to Arby’s. But we waited… finally, the food arrives, along with my long awaited pancakes – My favorite menu item, the food I’d been thinking about all day……..and it was NOT the cinnastack I remembered…. I used to never feel the need to add any extra syrups because there was enough cinnamon and cream cheese drizzle to coat all the pancakes… what I received?? Was a DRIZZLE of the cinnamon. So little, it had already absorbed into the pancakes. I would have had to add extra syrup. If i knew how to post pics in my review, i’d add a picture of the disgraceful cinnastack. I’m currently counting calories, so if it’s not worth it, I won’t eat it. These pancakes were not worth the calories. So, i did not eat them, and due to this and the consistent slow service, we will not be back.

I came here on my birthday, 11-02-2025, for breakfast. I was there in the mid morning/early afternoon hours.
I was having a very rough morning. The staff had no way of knowing that. But, they treated me and my family with nothing but kindness. The waitress was was very helpful, especially with her suggestions on to go options.
The hostess was very kind and patient with my children talking to them and asking them questions. Thank you for being so kind, even when you didn’t know I needed grace and kindness.
My breakfast was good and exactly I was wanting.

Came back today to give another chance. Yesterday stood at the host stand for almost 15 mins no one acknowledged we were there. Today the service was super slow food was over an hour wait after we were seated, I was ready to walk out when it was brought to the table. Food was cold and both orders were wrong. Im sorely disappointed with how this has become. It likely will be a good while before im back.

Saturday morning we were seated quickly. The waitress was pleasant and brought drinks quickly. I ordered the sausage and gravy biscuit, and it was the worst biscuit I have ever eaten. It was heavy and FLAT and had been grilled in BUTTER on both sides. I ate half of it because I was starved, but was very disappointed in your biscuits.

Certain workers are fantastic but they weren’t working today. McKenna and a trainee waited on our table. Things were forgotten, food was cold, things such as butter and jelly we’re not provided and they had been specifically asked for when we ordered. We got no more coffee. She never came back to the table to see if things were okay or to see if we needed anything else. We had asked for extra napkins which we never received. By the time I got the better for my French toast it was cold. A lot of your workers are fantastic, like Tiffany, but this one who worked today was not.

Our server, Hadley, went above and beyond for us. She answered all questions re the menu. They were out of a couple things we wanted (like I come to IHOP for crepes)but she helped modify what I got to be close: strawberries, pancakes with the cream cheese filling on the side. She was very attentive and more than pleasant despite having to make up for the restaurant being out of some menu items.

My family and I met there for Breakfast. We were there at 9:45am. We waited for over an hour after we ordered our food To get refills on our drinks. The waitress (Savannah T) never once came back to our table and I had to wave her down to get refills after she went to a new table to take their order. Again this is after we had been there for over an hour. I then had to ask again about our order which was after we had been there over an hour. I did not curse or raise my voice and Savannah became combative with my elder aunt. I explained to her we were here for over an hour and we didn’t want our food cold. I also told her we were the customer and did not appreciate or need her attitude and ask for the manager. She took the tray with coffee cups and whatever else and threw it on an empty table which cause a huge commotion. She was very combative and frankly very immature. The worse part was that the manager or cook which ever she was came out to our table and defended her actions stating they were low staffed and only 2 cooks. Well this place needs to staff appropriately. The manager or cook whichever she is was also rude and defended her employees actions. The table that just had come in made a comment that they weren’t staying for that kinda service or attitude in service and left. Our food finally came and part of it was cold, The toast was hard and cold and my Aunts gluten free pancakes were bitter and not edible. Never once did anyone come to see how our food was or see if we needed refills. I had to ask for the check and spent $125 on this meal for seven and the worst service I have ever experienced. My family and I will never step foot in this restaurant again. There were several people that didn’t even get seated that turned around d an left. This waitress needs a little education on working with the public and not to be combative and throw little temper tantrums. The manger did a horrible job ensuring that we left that restaurant on a good note. Worst IHop experience I have ever had.

The food is sub-par, and somehow still better than the service. You’ll wait forever for cranky service. We have been here twice and regretted both times. We were not offered refills or even butter/jam for our toast. All the wait staff acts annoyed that you are even there & the food is always disappointing. My husband’s silverware was even dirty. Save yourself a trip.
