Our after church lunch experience wasn’t what we had hoped. When we arrived, every table was dirty, so we did that awkward stand-next-to-the-table thing hoping an employee would notice. They didn’t. We eventually wetted a napkin and wiped down our own table. It wasn’t busy, with only one other family in the restaurant, and no tables were wiped down during the hour we were there. The bathrooms were filthy! The young man making our food didn’t have his hair secured (he was wearing a ball cap, but his long hair was sticking out in every direction), and his stomach was exposed and touching the prep table as he worked. It was very unappetizing. Our orders were correct, but the sandwiches were bland, and the toppings weren’t evenly distributed. The CO2 was out in the drink machine in the dining area, but instead of checking on it when we notified the employees, they tried the machine behind the counter and said it was fine. Flat sodas for us. We expected more for the $30 we spent on 2 combos. I’ve ordered at the drive-through before, and that was a much more pleasant experience, probably because I didn’t see what was going on inside. Still expensive for what I got, but more pleasant.

I’m not sure where these one star reviewers ate but it wasn’t in Tupelo. Visited the store 6/5/25 around 5. Store was clean had four or five folks working. Tried the new toasted sub. Wonderful!!!! Definitely recommend. So much meat on the sandwich it kept falling out when I took a bite. Got my order within 3 minutes of ordering. Great value as well!!! Highly recommend.

Stopped in today for the first time since first ordering from them online mostly. Super clean and friendly restaurant, the staff is swift and courteous. Was getting bored of “eat fresh” down the street with their lackluster service and the condiments for subs. Whether you order online or stop on in, be prepared for fresh eating, friendly service, good meal and not just a snack.

I used to love Jimmy John’s. Now they have one person taking the orders, running cash register and fixing sandwiches without changing his gloves. This is absolutely disgusting . Basically cross contamination. I purchased that sandwich but I threw it in the trash. I will never go back again. Do better Jimmy John’s. People are spending their hard earn money at your restaurant and we deserve better service.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!!!! We ordered for my work and the delivery driver was called back to the restaurant without delivering our food because of a “rush”. Be so for real. Then they wouldn’t give us a refund without voiding the whole order so our lunch break was over before we even got our food. Complete trash
