I had a taste for a sub sandwich and decided on your location. Katherine took my order chk 84. The #9 (Italian Club) was my selection. Ordered extra mayo and onions which was discarded. No tomatoes , no salt , just a bland nasty tasting sandwich. The staff was far from professional and acted like oh well. My friend recommended you, and she owes me $9.98 for a nasty bland sandwich. I now understand your 3.6 reviews. Do not recommend!

Tried to call in an order. Was placed on hold. After 5 minutes I hung up and called again. Was placed on hold again. Showed up at the restaurant and was still on hold after 13 minutes. I asked if they just placed me on hold to get the phone to quit ringing? The kid at the counter admitted that yeah, that was probably the case. At least he was honest about it.

Couldn’t even eat it! I had to pull sandwich apart before biting into it and what do I see? Specs of hair! I notice when I walked in the employee was messing around in her blonde hair. I thought she was a customer until she went around behind the counter. She didn’t wash her hands or nothing! She put on gloves and started to make sandwiches. She had on a pink long-sleeve shirt. Filthy, very unpleasant! No uniform or nothing! This was very disturbing, I should’ve known better but I was hungry and still wasn’t able to eat. Where’s the manager? I didn’t get the lady name but she has a even cut short hairstyle, blonde, and on the plus size.

I always order from here, never have any problems. I ordered yesterday and did not tip on the app, I had cash. When my food arrived, the guy threw it on my desk and walked off so fast, I did not have time to tell him I had a tip for him..very rude. He also circled on the receipt the tip line & how delivery drivers dont get tips based off delivery fees…no need for that. I always tip & just had cash.

I have ordered delivery from JJ’s several times because it is simple and easy to use their app. However, they have forgotten side/extra items on my order a few times. I usually just ignore it because it is not a big deal. Today however, I ordered a sandwich with ham, cheese, and bacon (#13), but they forgot the HAM. I called back and asked if they could make a new one, and if they would deliver it or if I need to pick it up. They told me they would deliver it. Well, about a hour and 50 minutes after my call it is finally delivered (about 2 hours after my original order). I live maybe 5 minutes from the store and ordered delivery because I have a migraine. I was grateful that they delivered it, but very disappointed with the carelessness when preparing meals. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them again.

We used to order from this location all the time until a little over a year ago. The freaky fast has become slower than pizza delivery. It shouldn’t take over an hour to deliver a sandwich half a mile away. I’m writing this because it’s at least the 5th delivery that has taken this long and I’m just done with this location. I talked with the manager & owner who both obviously could care less. Also, they do this thing where right after you place an order they mark it as out for delivery (even though it’s not) I assume to make some metric look better. I will say all the delivery drivers are incredibly nice and none of this is their fault. Just bad management.
