Absolutely great service, excellent quality food and a surprisingly fun atmosphere. Almost too many random plaques and things to keep an ADHD mind occupied. I had the Gargantuan on White and it was a work of sandwhich art. Fresh deli cut meats, soft tangy provolone, fresh tangy tomatoes and cool mayo all come together perfectly. The lobby and bathroom was immaculate and the team here was great

I downgraded my review for service because it takes so long for them to have a mobile order ready. Today it was 45 minutes, and it still said order had been received in my app. This is twice in a row it never said they were preparing it or it was ready. Both times I finally just went on to the drive thru. Maybe they have had them ready, and the app wasn’t being updated. Either way, I wish they’d fix this. I really love Jimmy John’s, but if I was on a 30-minute lunch break, I would’ve never gotten my food during that time.

Order was an hour late because the delivery driver “had to go to Walmart”. Food looks NOTHING like what was advertised and I WILL NOT be ordering from this Jimmy Johns again unless there is nothing else available. They used to be good too… disappointing.

Double check your order before you leave it might not be the way you want it and it’s a good ideal to say easy on the mayonnaise or 1 pass they tend to get happy with the mayonnaise. I ordered mine on wheat bread and toasted got home and it was white bread and cold with extra mayonnaise. I like to get what I paid for the way I want it. They have a drive thru window. Jimmy John’s you sent me a link I couldn’t comment on! My problem is listed in my rating -1 more star lack of communication skills.

We order here fairly often. We live on a budget so it’s a rare treat, but they always have great subs, and it’s great they are one of the few places without a huge delivery charge.
My only criticism is they put so much meat in the subs, you have to eat it from the top down, but that’s a good problem when you’re starving and want a quick, good sandwich.

Used to be my favorite sandwich place in town. The other day I tried to order a sandwich for $30.00 with tip and they double handed me. Said I ordered two sandwiches. Called them and they said well we can cancel it I and you may receive your refund next week. I tried to reorder using my card and they said the card is no good. The card they just double billed. There employees are clueless. They act as if they have a third grade education.

Went here on 1/20/2024 for lunch. First time at this location, and service was great, staff was very nice, and order was correct. If I’m ever in the area again, I’m coming back.
