I HATE to have to leave this review because at first we thought our sandwiches were prepared fast and tasted great but… it did NOT taste good coming back up as fast as it went down. Not to go into gross detail, but my boyfriend and I definitely caught food poisoning from the sandwiches we ate from this location. This was the only meal that we had today which is how I know the cause AND we have eaten these exact sandwiches at other locations in the past/never had any issues digesting those until today. Mine was a veggie sandwich that caused severe cramping, gas pain/indigestion and nausea… while my boyfriend (who had the Italian wrap) experienced the same severe cramping, explosive ____, fever and repeated vomiting. These are all signs of food poisoning that we both felt within the hour of consuming our sandwiches. I don’t know how this place is run since he picked them up and I haven’t been inside — so I can’t speak on anything else other than this: some kind of bacteria or virus was in the food we ate and could be in yours if the meats/toppings aren’t stored or handled properly so proceed with caution

Always solid. Staff is friendly and helpful. And, boy are they fast. It’s nice to go into a restaurant at lunchtime and get in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I’m a regular at this location, way more often than I’d like to admit actually. I’ve been ordering here since I moved to the area almost a year ago. And I agree completely with the other reviews here stating that customer service has gone DOWN THE DRAIN. I most recently ordered a Cubano and Vito Unwich which I took back to work for lunch. While picking up the order I asked the employee at the end of the sandwich line whether unwiches had to be made with lettuce or not, as the order was placed specifically requesting no lettuce; to which I was met with a very rude response about “how I expect them to make a sandwich without bread or lettuce?” This also is not the first time this individual has been blatantly rude to either guests or fellow staff members in front of guests, causing an awkward situation and making everyone in the store uncomfortable. On top of this unacceptable customer service experience, here’s the Cubano: pathetic, right? Yes that’s one slice of meat. At an average of 3 orders a week, I won’t be back til the franchisee makes this right.
9/22 EDIT: This pasted response below does nothing for me, I went through this entire process to fill out my feedback online only to be told I need to contact the store directly. Awesome Jimmy John’s! Very reputable.
12/22: I reluctantly ended up back at this location for lunch with my coworkers, very disappointed yet again over the quality of my sandwich. The “problem employee” mentioned before was not here this time however the quality of my sandwich was still far below expectations. A single slice of meat and two pieces of bacon for a ~10″ sub is absolutely abysmal and disgusting. Check your food before leaving this location if you’re picking up an order.

If our today’s delivery order was our first, we would never ordered from here again. Before I talk about today I want to say we have ordered from this store at least a dozen times and the food and service have always been excellent!
Today was a different story. It took them a half hour to get the order to us and then we were short the pickle. It took another 30 minutes to get the pickle. I ordered the pickle to go with the meal so we waited, and waited. By the time the complete order arrived the sandwiches were soggy and not much fun to eat!
Because our earlier experiences were good to excellent we will try them again but they only get one more chance…
October 9: We gave them that next chance and we got 2 excellent sandwiches in amazingly fast time!

This store is awful. Place order, wait 40 min, finally call because the app still says it’s not out for delivery. Guy on phone says oh yeah it’s out now. 20 min later, still no order. I guess freaky fast is over because the last 3 times I’ve ordered from this location it has taken at least an hour to get my food. Also, they mess up the order nearly every time. No one at this store seems to care. Delivery people are always nice. Maybe make the delivery people management and fire everyone else

Customer service is an A++. My fiance and I just grabbed lunch here and my fiance managed to spill his coke all over the front seats. He ran in to get extra napkins and the manager ran out to our car with an extra roll of paper towels and let us keep them to clean everything up!! Completely went out of his way for a little accident that didn’t even happen IN his store! Incredible!

I usually order from this location 2-3 times a week. I am sorry to say that there customer services has steadily gone down at a consistent level. I ordered food for delivery yesterday at 2 pm by 2:15 the order said out for delivery, I work literally in the same shopping center as the restaurant. 30 mins later still no delivery, so I called the store the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me the deliver driver got into an accident, I said no problem I understood and asked if there was a ETA. I was told the manager was out delivering the order as we spoke. I said ok thank you and was promptly hung up on mid sentence. After another 30 goes by the “manager” brought the order in. I asked politely how long my food had been sitting because I didn’t really want to eat a soggy sandwich, to which I was told it was just made, when I explained that I called the store and was told the driver got in a accident she rolled her eyes at me and said she didn’t know who I talked to and there Online delivery tracker was always wrong. I explained again that it had been over an hour since my order was placed she told me that everything was fresh I said ok. Once she left I took a sip of my sprite and there was no way it was just poured all the ice was melted and it was completely flat, I opened my sandwich and it was hot like it had been sitting out in the sun in 90 degree weather. I am so tired of dealing with poor customer service from this location. There quote on quote management is horrible and rude.
