only been to this place 2 times. today i tried their new wrap, the jalapeno chicken ranch. very very good. dont be like me and think you are big enough to eat 2. they are huge. i like that they actually have employees too. there are so many people working that it looks like they would run into each other. what was awesome was they looked like they were moving like snails but it took them less than 5 minutes to take my order, make me 2 wraps, give me a my drink, bag my food and have me walking out the door. they are deceptively fast and awesome. love the wrap and the service.

I love Jimmy Johns. I go there all of the time. This place in Lebanon absolutely blows. Something is always up, either inside is closed, they don’t have bread (they’re a sandwich shop) or they just don’t seem to want to work. I’ve been to this one more times than I should’ve. And every single time is a complete and utter disappointment. Do Not Go. They deserve 0 stars.

What is the point of choosing in-store pickup if this location constantly wants to close their lobby? It doesn’t make sense to me and there’s never any explanation from the employees. You’ve got 4 employees inside with a closed lobby more often than not, and it’s ruined my perception of the company’s brand that it’s acceptable to force customers to come through the drive-thru every time.

It was my first time having Jimmy John’s and I was surprisingly disappointed. They were nice and everything but maybe I just chose a bad sandwich

Solid location, employees barely engaged with me. I hardly go to sandwich shops, so I was unsure of what to get. The food was great, but customer service was definitely not a priority. Order drive thru at this location if you can or mobile order.

Absolutely pathetic…. I have other words for this establishment but I will keep them to myself… I pulled in the drive through and everyone was just sitting in the window staring at me having a full blown conversation and didn’t come to the mic for 10 mins. I then get someone who could barely utter the words ‘’uhhhhh we’re out of bread’’. You’re a sandwich shop that specializes in sandwiches that have bread. It’s gotten to be the worst place to eat in Lebanon and I will literally never give you a single penny of my money and anyone who is willing to hear me speak will know not to do business with this place.

What is the problem with the Lebanon store? Wait times are Freaky just not fast. I see plenty of employees but sit in line through my lunch time. Why???? This has happened more than once. Needs some work.

Very saddened by our experience tonight. Went for a sandwich and got a snack. My pregnant wife was very disappointed in the size of her few bites of a snack sandwich. It was like a stuffed bread stick.
