Today we orderdcahead and rveuthing was ready. We sat down and started to eat.
I jumped up to get 4 waters for 3 kids and me. RAPHAEL was just coming in to work and had not checked in. She saw me in line and asked what I needed. She pointed out the water cups
Exceptional service!
We ordered take out of JJBLT and 3 Turkey TOMS. The place was quite busy and service was as anticipated for being do busy. I debated between a UNWich with lettuce wrap instead of bread. I went with fresh white bread. The fountains drinks are great and the unsweet and sweet tea. Wheel chair access in venue and bathrooms. Love the variety of bread. Many like the special JJ Sauce and i prefer mustard. I love dining in but today was a quick take away

These cool cats and kittens are getting down on making some sandis! The whole crew there is rad, maintaining a good attitude while just taking in the orders. The picklewich got me and I’m now a fan of the jimmy jams!

Maybe you shouldn’t allow your driver to have a Connecticut license plate that says my son’s on it m y s u n s who’s driving a silver Honda CRV just pull into a lane and completely block it while he drives I’m sorry while he walks to deliver it in a building that is at least a hundred yards past where he’s blocking all the traffic and then think it’s okay it’s not okay

Our office orders from here often and service is generally very good. However, today it was exceptional!! We had a gathering planned for 11:45am, and, although I had created an order online for pick up at 11:30am, I neglected to SUBMIT it. I realized my error, submitted a large order at 11:11am, called them to see if I could possibly get the order BEFORE 12:00pm and they were so kind and said they would get on it. I arrived at 11:35am and the order was already completed, saving my back end! I really appreciate the staff as they are friendly and give such great customer service! My team full enjoyed their delicious subs!!! Thank you JJ staff for being amazing!!!

This store said they would refund me for an order I never received and never followed through. I called the store and spoke to the GM multiple times. He assured me that they would refund me for the extra charge and that they were checking in on banking stuff on their end and I never received the refund. Do not use the app at this location!!!

I’ve been a customer of this location for over a year ordering at least weekly (I work nearby.) Staff is always pleasant (I get greeted by my first name upon entering) and food is always fresh. On the rare occasion if they make a mistake on an order, they compensate properly. Great customer service. This is the best Jimmy Johns location that I’ve been to amongst many in TN & IL (company’s home base.)

We went in and were acknowledged but that was it. No one took our order. The workers looked swamped and that has to be absolutely acknowledged. They were trying to keep up with online orders. This is common with a lot of places. Jimmy John’s please help these workers out and give them a fair wage. Keep your staff by taking care of them.

Great location, our office in Maryland Farms orders from this JJ often and they are always prompt and even walk all orders up to our second floor. I just ordered and received a delivery in 8 minutes flat. Living up to their brand there! Definitely wanted to highlight quality service as too often we hear only the negative reviews!

I’m very disgusted with this location. They always leave out condiments when it’s dead slap in their face. Had to eat a dry sandwich all because they failed to pay attention to instructions. It’s even printed on the ticket receipt take mayo and mustard packets. Duh!!! . I think this is my last time ordering from this location. My boss spends a great deal of money here weekly. So bye Jimmy! Going to Jersey Mike’s.
