Friendly service. Small talked with us. I like that. Said hello to us and anyone else who walked in. The food was delicious. He explained what the day old loaf of bread was and how they kept it so people could buy it and enjoy it for a lesser price. I love Jimmy John’s for that reason. They hire and train friendly people.

My husband and I have never eaten here before and we were highly recommended by our friend. We got the number 9 Italian night club! I have been talking about this sandwich since we got it! We even had it for lunch the next day and the bread was still delicious not soggy or anything and it was well and then are gone it so that’s amazing! We definitely will be going back!

Before I list my complaint on here I want to say Jimmy John’s has great tasting sandwiches and their pickle is one of the best out there. I can’t say anything positive about their order accuracy. Today I missed my regular lunch hour and against my better judgement, ordered a sandwich from the store in Summerfield. I had stopped ordering from them months ago because they ALWAYS send me the wrong type chips and forget to send the pickle. It’s every time. Totally unacceptable. I will say that when I call in to complain they send the driver back out to my place of business and bring me the pickle. By that time I’ve already eaten the sandwich and chips. Today, as in the past they messed up my order and again I called in about the pickle and like always, the driver came back out with the pickle. I can overlook a once in a while mistake but EVERY time represents a total lack of professionalism. When the driver arrived to bring me my pickle he pulled directly in front of our entry door and as he exited his car it looked like (and I hope I’m wrong) he pulled the pickle out of his pocket. Two other people who were standing at the front desk with me also saw this and were in ah over this. The driver brought my pickle in and I told him about the severity of instances that this has happened and commented to him that I would be no longer be ordering from that location. His response was priceless. Without any concern what so ever that his company had repeatedly failed to meet a customers satisfaction he stated that he wished I had stated that on the phone because it cost three dollars in gas to bring me my pickle. What in the world does that have to do with the fact. I ordered, paid with my card over phone and should expect to have my order delivered properly and as promptly as possible. I’m the customer. I think that store has forgotten what customer service is all about. I have never written a review like this before but I’ve never had a driver pull pickle out of his pocket and try to pass it off that I cost him money. I even tipped the driver three dollars on the original order. If the Management would like to contact me over this I would be receptive to an apology.

Shop clean as a whistle, first time to a Jimmy John’s and it was a great experience. Their bags of chips are 2oz, double everybody else. Our subs were fresh and wholesome. Less expensive than Firehouse for a meal combo and the flavor and quality kicks Subway down the stairs. The staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely adding this place to my lunch rotation.

I had a gift card from the Lady Lake Chamber of commerce. I decided to use it to get a large sub combo. The sub was good but it cost over $21. I couldn’t believe that a sub combo was so expensive. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

Not one to usually complain, now my service I received was AWESOME as usual. My sandwich however, well the toppings were lacking, the picture of the sandy looked good,. I don’t enjoy a sandwich with 3x more bread than meat and toppings. Lesson learned, watch the making of your sandwich and coach them.

The food was great. I enjoyed the fresh bread soft and delicious. All the staff were wearing masks and gloves. Very quick to make my sandwich and they even asked if I wanted chips or a larger drink. Was unaware it’s only a few cents more to get larger which is a good deal. I’ll definitely be back for the customer service alone.
