First off let me start by saying I love Jimmy John’s and eat here often however that changes TODAY! Today I go in after work and ordered my usual Ultimate Italian sub easy mayo and easy oil & vinegar with no tomato. All I got on my sub was ham and bacon and cheese. They added tomatoes when I asked them not to. I called them to inform them that this was not an Ultimate Italian sub and the employee was very rude and dismissive. I will not spend another dollar paying an establishment with such rude employees! What they gave me was the ultimate porker! And would not take accountability for their mistake! If this was an ultimate Italian….where is the salami?

This isn’t a one-off gripe. I have rarely ever left a negative review of any establishment, but after more than a dozen chances that were given based on benefit of doubt, a history of brand loyalty, and location convenience, I finally feel compelled to warn other consumers of a seeming lack of care concerning even the remotest of quality control or pride of product regarding this location, which ultimately can only be read as a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time and money.
The sandwiches are consistently wrong in the strangest ways. Ways that seem almost to require a concerted effort in that they are either the wrong sandwiches entirely, or else have extra toppings or condiments
so strange and unrequested, that one feels as though they must be victim to a bored-at-work prank game of “Let’s See Who Can Put the Weirdest Thing on This Sandwich and See if They Say Anything.”
Today proved to be the final straw after ordering three sandwiches for delivery that were so inedibly soggy and smooshed and wet and genuinely weird, that all three, for three separate people, went into the trash uneaten.
Also, for a solid year now, the iced tea tastes like an inflatable swimming pool raft. Whatever they’re using to clean the machines or filter the water results in an iced tea so chemically strange that, on more than one occasion, we were genuinely concerned we’d ingested something harmful.
The attached photo was the prank sandwich nightmare of the day. A hot-mayo-soup-wet-lettuce disaster that fell apart like a head of iceberg lettuce dropped in a toilet the second I touched it. This apparently being the standard bearer of the company’s new toasted sub campaign. I would have had better luck, and a more appealing meal, eating cottage cheese out of a crumpled newspaper with my fingers.
Needless to say, I didn’t eat lunch today. Although I definitely paid for it.
Never again.

I will say, my experience has changed for the good over the last few months of visiting this location. About 3 months ago, no issues with order, but gentleman at the window was quite rude about me not going to the mobile window when I was a drive thru pickup. There has been a complete 180 in service for the last 6 weeks or so. A different gentleman who is always very respectful, service with warmth and wishing me a good day every time. Food is always correct and constructed very well. My last visit was today 10/23 @ 5:45pm

Employees look like they were just picked up off the street. They seem clueless and careless. Our whole order for 6 people was messed up. So sad for such an easy process. To put the icing on the cake, the fountain machine is down… I eat at Jimmy Johns 3 times a week and never have I had my order messed up…

I’ve never been asked to pull into parking lot and wait for us to bring your order out at any Jimmy John’s location other than this one. Currently going on 20 minutes sitting here in parking lot for 3 sandwiches. During this time, not one other car has come thru the drive thru. Freaky Slow at this location. Updating review now after finally getting food after a 23 minute wait. Only 2 of 3 sandwiches were brought out. Had to pull around to get 3rd sandwich. Can’t make this stuff up.

This location is James Johnathan: not freaky fast, but regular speed. Faster than Publix by a long shot, but comparable to Zaxby’s speed on a day when you pull up as the chicken is coming out the fryer.
