Jimmy Johns as a franchise is just wonderful, always quality no matter the state or city I’ve gone to. I specifically love this Jimmy Johns the best of all the Lakeland locations. In my experience, the staff is just always so kind and friendly and I always prefer to go to this one even just because I know I’ll always be welcomed warmly. They are also extremely quick, as is their tradition. Sometimes they are already handing me my sandwich right after I’ve paid, which is great. If you are on the go that is definitely super convenient. Also, if you are an avocado lover I would highly recommend the #12 Beach club! It has a special avocado spread that is marvelous! Their kettle chips are absolutely fantastic too, all of the flavors are good and I find myself craving them often. I love that all the options are healthy too. They have different kinds of bread you can get, and even lettuce instead! Jimmy Johns never gets old!

Order $52.00 for two sandwiches and they had them half made but refused to take $100 bill which is all I had on me too pay for the food. So they just lost a good customer for life, so senseless!

I placed multiple online orders, and they literally put whatever they wanted in the sandwiches. Very disappointed. I called the store and the person that answered said that the owner told them not to follow what the customer ordered cause they weren’t making money.
Jimmy John’s don’t do promotions if you can’t afford to give the customers what they ordered.

Usually a good experience, however I went there recently. They were not nice from the start. Didn’t get my order right and added extra Jimmy peppers to it? Also, I asked them to cut the giant in 4, she said yes that’s fine. Opened the bag 1 min later and it wasn’t cut. I was also the only person there the whole time. Not sure if it was done purposely or if they were just having a bad day. Other few experiences were good.

Have they been bought out. Saturday past. Went to this location. Freaky Slow, I was the only one in there. Two different people came got theirs and left, while the sandwich lady got done updating her phone texts. She sat at a freaking desk while I watched her. The other kid really didn’t have a clue. I will never again go to Jimmy John’s. Oh and the other people put money in their tip jar. I didn’t. She did not seatme, Give me a menu. She yelled number 11,mine, I had to go get it, no problem. These people are prep cooks at best, they don’t cook they assemble your sandwiche . This tipping thing is crazy. NO MORE JJs.

Went there tonight and I’ll admit didn’t google the hours before we went as eat her often but just not that late. Looked at the sign on the door the hours couldn’t be read so we went in. We were polite and immediately the girl with the ponytail and glasses and french tip nails had the worse attitude. I said I’m sorry we were trying to read your hours on the door it’s very faded.
Of course she gave a huge attitude telling me how she’s been there for 10 days and we came in at closing I said I apologize since there’s 20 mins until then can we order her response yeah your fine the whole time pounding away on the screen with her nails rolling her eyes.
Of course the food was wrong too it’s just so puzzling to me how every-time we go the place is empty so you’d think they would want business but I guess not. Tonight has definitely made it to where we won’t be coming back at all!! I go spend fifty bucks somewhere else to be treated with better service. Also whoever runs the joint may want to fix the sign as well as fix the kiosk for checking out as we had no choice but to leave a tip on there sorry just hate tipping people who treat me with such crap service.
