It’s been a while since I’ve visited Jimmy John’s—mostly because their locations are a bit off my usual route, their delivery radius is tiny, and I live just beyond reach of every store in town. They also don’t seem to partner with DoorDash, which limits convenience.
The store wasn’t busy during my visit (either a quiet Monday lunch or the calm before a sandwich storm). I remember portions being a bit more generous in the past, though to their credit, prices are still lower than Jersey Mike’s. The new hot sandwiches and sides are a nice touch, but the potato salad missed the mark—too sweet, too small, and too pricey for what it was. I’m so sorry but the pre-packaged potato salad looks sad and lonely in a half empty container. Luckily, I used rewards points, so at least my disappointment was free of charge.
On the bright side, the bread remains excellent—distinct flavor, fresh texture, and you can take home a day-old loaf for just 50¢. Perfect for croutons or pressed sandwiches. My only suggestion aside from the portioning and doing away with that generic potato salad? Toss in a pickle wedge with the sandwich instead of charging $2.19 for a whole one. It’s the little things that make a big dill.

The young black girl serving at the front at 2pm has a serious attitude problem, if you hate your job so much quit. I ask which sandwich was her favourite as we are travellers from Australia, her response “I don’t like any of them”. I order a potato salid and didn’t receive it. When I asked her the response I got with an eye roll a sarcastic tone is “it’s in the fridge”. When I asked for cutlery the same response with another eye roll and sarcastic tone”it’s over there”

Recently visited again.
Wow.
They make good sandwiches.
And now hot / toasted ones too.
Very good.
I love this place.
Just like homemade.
The veto is quite nice and just like the old Heros place by Wrigley field in Chicago.

I ordered a Turkey Slim with double meat and it was the lightest sub I’ve ever felt. Absolute ripoff for $9.25 AND they asked for a tip! For what? Existing? Increase your portion sizes! Bread and turkey shouldn’t cost almost $10

I recently dined at Jimmy John’s and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service provided by Michael and Kayla. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The food was great as well, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I highly recommend Jimmy John’s for both their tasty food and exceptional service. They also do catering!!!! Which is amazing. We ordered a bunch of food last minute and they were able to accommodate❤️

Check your sandwich before you leave the store. I ordered a #7, no cheese, no mayo, toasted. I received… bread and meat, not toasted, no condiments. My wife’s sandwich was good, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Best location and staff in my opinion! They make a great sub and you can always count on them for their terrific cookies!

I was very disappointed with this order. I don’t get time to take a lunch during work so I usually place an online order for pick up and stop in when traveling to my next destination. I always order the same thing a Lil John #1
combo (ham, chesse, lettuce, tomatoe, mayo w/jalapeño chips and a drink). This time the price went up about a dollar more and I only got bread, ham, and cheese. There was no lettuce or tomatoe. I can’t believe the price goes up and you keep off all the veggies that make this sandwich complete. If this is the case, I will not be coming back. Below are pictures that show I always order the same thing and pictures to show the disappointment I got stuck with.

This establishment and every single employee is absolutely unprofessional. Today I placed a mobile order and when I picked it up, I went tot he line to ask the 2 boys if I could get an extra side of onions. While I’m standing there, a female employee turns her back, side eyeing me. I can tell by the body Language of her and looking at the rest of the group that I was clearly being talked about. Okay whatever. But when I walk out she makes a comment like “she be getting too many extra stuff” just as illiterate as I wrote. What does it matter to her what I get on my sub? So I call to speak to a manager, I asked for the general manager, got on the phone and didn’t even introduce himself. Just said hello. When I asked for his name, it seemed like he didn’t wanna provide it. I explained my experience and he didn’t say a word about it. At the end was just like ok, have a good one. No apologies, nothing. Corporate seriously needs to get this location in line because after seeing the reviews, I’m not the only one thats had a bad experience.

Never have issues but today was kinda gross out when I noticed a female, on the line making subs with her long hair not put back. So what’s the point of the hat? Her hair was completely in the front, resting on her shoulders and chest, like not even put behind her ears.
