I have used Jimmy John’s delivery whenever working and staying out of town so was happy to see them arrive locally. I have always enjoyed their sandwiches. This is about my 4th or 5th Visit to the Oviedo Fl Jimmy Johns. I always get the #7 Spicy East Coast Italian (baked). As usual very delicious and I also was offered a 2 for one deal I was not expecting and it was a bargain to get a second meal. The food quality is much better than the other “sub places”. My only concern is that they should be located in a plaza with better access and parking like the nearby Publix. If you like Jimmy Johns, please find them on Alafaya Trail where the old BOA used to be. You will not be disappointed and I would hope JJ becomes a permanent fixture . I did see a delivery vehicle so I assume or hope that delivery service is available throughout the city. I should add it was indeed crazy fast to get served, no delays!

Who knew that when you ordered an italian online with no mayo, that meant an italian with no tomato, no lettuce, no onions, no oregano. I was very appreciative that the team was able to remake my sandwich but I found it a little bit difficult to make clear what i wanted when they remade it. They kept asking me what i wanted on the sandwich and i kept telling them i just wanted an italian with no mayo. So everything except mayo…i thought it was pretty straightforward on the ticket. This was only my second time ordering from jimmy johns ever. Very disappointed. 🙁

No bread at 8:15pm. And they make it onsite? Allegedly every 4 hours. The employees working could care less with no explanation or apology. Why even stay open, just to make everyone frustrated by the careless employee attitudes.

Very rude staff member on the phone. My sandwich was requested to be cut in half with napkins and light mayo. Received no mayo, no napkins and not cut in half. When I called the person on the phone argued with me and then HUNG UP. It was a woman on Sat 10/4 around 12:15pm in case the manager would like to look into this
