Ciao Thyme offers the finest woodfire pizzas, artisan sandwiches, and Italian-American classics in our newly restored building in Little Falls’ historic downtown. To complement the food, we offer a wide selection of wines, 12 tap beers, and cocktails from our full bar. We invite those headed to The Falls Theatre to stop by for lunch or dinner before the show or, if you prefer, try our Cinema Menu and enjoy your food during the movie. The Falls also welcomes you to enjoy a beer, wine, or cocktail during your show. Our backroom is available for your special events. We had heard from friends that Ciao Thyme was great for pizza but were pleasantly surprised by its robust menu. As we were a family dining out, it was nice to see something on the menu that is ideal for children and many options that cater more to adult selections. The woodfire chicken wings were ideal for everyone, especially with the BBQ/buffalo sauce kept on the side. Everyone also can enjoy the Garlic Parmesan Fries, although the youngest preferred the regular fires. The Watermelon Burrata is also a summer favorite.
The Sicilian Swordfish, within the “Off the Boat” menu section is a good fish entree, although not the best that I’ve had. Pretty good for a pizza place! I do recommend the Cucumber Cocktail. It is very light and refreshing. I’d say that overall, it is an elevated dining experience; the kids loved their burgers and mac and cheese. Soups are excellent – especially the Soup Du Jour!
It has a large backroom dining space that extends its service capacity. There is a separate entrance directly into that from the back parking lot. Parking is ample in the back but we even missed the signage in front.
Our server was attentive and helpful. The atmosphere, with a spacious entrance, was fun and everything was super clean and inviting. They also have bar seating. It’s an exceptional “curved” bar with great lighting. Restrooms are available both up front and back by the woodfire kitchen.
We can see this dining spot is a favorite among locals – I recommend you try it!

Phenomenal food. Ribs were amazing, the vanilla jalapeno cornbread was so unique, the black beans didn’t need a thing with them, and the slaw was a great cleanser. Our server Amanda was great and chatted us up too. She’s a rockstar. Hope to stop back thru this town again just so I can stop back in.

The food was okay. I ordered the braised short ribs and it was very tough, it definitely did not fall off the bone. It was not worth the price I paid. And the potatoes were very large, it would have been better if they were cut into smaller pieces.
The service was very slow, it seemed like there was only one waiter. Also we were seated by the door, it was very cold. Especially when people would go in and out. Even though there was a sign not to use the door people did anyway.

This place is too nice for Little Falls. Prepare yourself for a gastronomic taste tour of extasy! This is a small charming place with a mixed crowd. You could take your spouse on a nice dinner date, or go out on the town for a couple cocktails and a wood fired pizza. The food was the star of the show!

We enjoyed Valentine’s Day dinner here, we came early in the evening before the rush and had seating in their second room. Taste exploded from each dish. Friendly service. Since they cook from a high class wood fired oven, the steak was not evenly cooked but still very good. The Duck was incredible and the Mississippi Mud Cake was mouth watering. Grateful for a wonderful date night, we’ll be back!

Very good food here !!! The chef is amazing and even accommodated a special request and came out and chatted with me in person which made me feel very special . Prompt service and elegant design on the food ! Nice beer choices local and craft . Even the cloth napkins smell good! Definitely coming back . Such a cool little place! I had the ribeye, which was an excellent quality cut and cooked perfectly. The buffalo brussels sprouts were absolutely delicious as a side. The prices are very fair for the quality of the food, and the portions were plenty big enough to make for a hearty meal. Very good service and a nice relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

First time here but it won’t be our last,already one of our favorite. I had the steak special with au gratines and vegetables, my wife had chicken thighs with sauce both were excellent. Tried some of the martinis innovative and tasty. If you are looking for a great restaurant this is it. ps friendly staff all around.
