Pissed! Got home after waiting in drive thru for 12 minutes (that was after I ordered only 5 minutes before) with one customer ahead of me (who got his food within 4minutes.
I get home and mys son opens his sandwich and it’s been burned so bad he can’t eat the bread. It was too far to drive to take it back but she knew exactly what she wrapped in that paper. I will never go back to this location again.
As I pulled out of the parking lot I got a test saying it’s ready!

I have been to this location a few times – never again. I’ve had a few issues with not receiving things I ordered. More Importantly than that, the staff is INCREDIBLY rude. The manner with which they communicate to their customers makes me feel that; Customers are a hindrance, unintelligent, and a burden. It’s a Jimmy Johns, not a Dick’s Last Resort – could’ve fooled me!

I placed an order. Got a roast beef sandwich and after she made it i asked her to likely toast it and was told because I did not get a combo. She could not toast it for me. She was very rude. My sister ordered a rap and it was not made correctly. She put a whole bag of croutons on it and we didn’t want croutons on it. The customer service really needs to be addressed. We had the same problem three weeks ago the sandwich.

This is the third time I’ve made an online order to this Jimmy John’s at this location and they don’t have any bread. I don’t know what they’re doing with their bread but this is the third time, and it is completely unacceptable.This place is complete and total garbage!!!!

I’m updating my five-star review from 2 years ago.. I’m taking away three stars in food and three stars in service. After seeing gyros were a new menu item, I decided to order and had my college age kid pick it up. I ordered my gyro with no tomatoes and it came with three of them on it. The taziki is literally the worst tzatziki sauce I’ve ever had in my life. It is not even as good as most store-bought tzatziki’s. It tastes like mayonnaise and pickles diluted with water. One of my two cucumber side salads was missing about half of the salad compared to the other. To top it all off, my kiddo told me it was served with a fresh dish of attitude at the drive-thru window. I think I’ll give this location a break for a while in hopes that they improve the attitude of employees and quality of food.

Only wheat bread option is a smallish sandwich bread seemingly out of a bag. Same high price though. I guess normally there is very very little cheese because my order had DOUBLE cheese that didn’t cover the already small sized sandwich with pne layer. Did NOT cover it. And I got a dab of guacamole on my $10 sandwich.
Don’t waste your money here.

I placed an online order for pickup tonight but accidentally ordered from the Davis Highway location. It was almost closing time for both when I went in for my food, and the girls working here were so nice about it and even called the correct location to give them a heads up I was coming. So nice of them! Great customer service is rare these days so I didn’t want it to go unnoticed. Thank you ladies! And I did get my sandwiches- they were delicious!

Definitely overpriced for an average sandwich. I ordered a soda. After I paid, he handed me a warm soda and said sorry no ice. They couldn’t have told me that there was no ice before I pulled up or before I paid? But I paid nearly 3 dollars for a warm drink that i threw away.
Edited to add: Don’t bother with the copy-paste replies that are left on every review. I submitted my review directly to them using their link. They claimed that someone would be contacting me, but it’s been over a week and I have heard nothing. They want to have the appearance of good customer service with less than minimal effort. I don’t expect a positive change anytime soon.
