This will be the last time I order on line from Jimmy Johns on Bayou Boulevard. The customer service is to say the least horrible. Even the manager is not a pleasant person. had an issue with the order and she did explain it to me, however her tone and what she told me was wrong all the way around. I will defiantly take my business someplace else. Hopefully she is not the manager at any other stores in the Pensacola area. So sad because the original owners/manager of that particular store was outstanding and we ordered a lot from there. The manager just ruined that for a bunch of people. Super disappointed!

I’m going to take my $90 to $120 i spend there and start going to the one on davis highway. Normally during dinner hours there is only 1 employee working. And being closed on Sunday is unacceptable. I order 4xs a week atleast.

So clearly the hours posted on Google and on Jimmy John’s website are wrong. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:35 p.m. They are supposed to close at 9 p.m. All the lights were off and the door locked. This company should really put the appropriate times so people know when we can order food.
So once again tried to come and give this location one last chance. Yet the same exact issue is happening. Lobby is closed well before closing. I guess this location is determined to push as many customers away as possible.

Full disclosure; I ordered through door dash, which gave them an unusable address by not including the zip-code.
After waiting 40 minutes on what should have been a 20 minute wait time, I called the store and after the 3rd time calling finally got through to someone. They said they’d tried to call me (supposedly) and then they corrected it and got my food to me in about 15 minutes.
I just find it hard to believe they tried to call me because when my driver arrived he called me just fine no error.
Awesome, stuff happens, no complaint so far.
My sandwich had avocado, but no bacon on it. Both of which I had paid extra for. I can now no longer get through to the store after trying for another 3 attempts, and at this point I’m tired of jumping through hoops for something that should have been right the first time.
Highly unlikely to return in the coming months. May try again in 3+ months time to see if things have changed as I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s in the past.
If I do I’ll update my review accordingly.

I have ordered delivery from this location multiple times when I worked at the hospital close by. Everyone was always friendly. My food was always delivered quickly and my order correct. There saying is “Freaky Fast” and I must agree with it because today I ordered at 1:32 and my order was delivered at 1:35. Now that is freaky fast!!

Love Jimmy John’s, used them all the time, delivered to my house last month in less than 15 minutes which was unbelievable.
However I am no longer in their delivery radius. I live 2 miles on the dot from the store, makes zero sense. Every store around them and further away will deliver to me, but not Jimmy Johns. Just sucks because they were my go to.
