Little autistic kid in the drive through showed me with his hands how far I was from the pole. I said I know buddy. Very nicely. He proceeded to come out and give me a lecture on driving and I went in and talked to his manager and they wouldn’t fire him (prob scared of a lawsuit)

They sold a sandwich to my wife for delivery and contracted Uber to deliver it and the Uber driver never delivered it. Jimmy Johns also refused to refund my wife. God awful service.

Literally the slowest jimmy johns in town. I work up the street from this location less than a mile away so I order delivery from them on occasion. It takes at least 30 minutes to get here. Ridiculous

I have come to this location many times, it is very clean, quick, and easy. However today, when I brought my service dog with me, I was told I am not allowed in with dogs regardless of him being service animal. This is against the ADA and the employees as well as their supervisor need better education regarding pet policies. Safe to say, I will not be going back. I did not have the energy to teach them about the current laws so I left without argument. In the future they better hope a Karen doesn’t have a the same problem I did today. It could be very troubling for Jimmy Johns as a company.
