My kids and I came through at 8:50pm and the staff was so sweet! Also, to the person who made my sandwich, youre the best!!! Im not sure who you are but, I asked for extra Kickin’ Ranch and my sandwich was literally drowning. It made my entire night (rough day- dont judge me). I hope your manager sees this and recognizes you and everyone who was in the store tonight. The gentleman who took our order was patient, kind, and an overall great person to have at a service window. Yall are doing a great job – at least for me and my kids yall did. Keep it up!

My regular sized $8.99 sub had just one slice of turkey on it. I was already back at work by the time I opened my sub to find that I pretty much paid for bread and a couple vegetables. Submitted a complaint online only to receive a corporate response letting me know that they can’t help and to reach out to the location. Nothing worse than getting a pitiful lunch on a work day.

This is the smallest sub! Very thin and the whole thing can easily fit in one hand. I know they use to be bigger than this. Barely anything inside the sandwich! Also the kickin ranch sauce use to be 25 cents. Now its $1. Save your money and go somewhere else!

My family and I come here almost every week. Our sandwiches are ALWAYS on point and the service is very fast. I usually do mobile pick up orders and they’re always ready within 10 minutes. In all the years we have been ordering from this location, we have never had an issue with any of our sandwiches. Whoever is making these sandwiches knows what they’re doing!! We are hooked! Bread is always hard and like trying to chew card board. I ate here multiple times and the bread is the worst out of any sandwich shoppe. Never again will I eat JJs. Dont care what location it is.

I can only give a one star review for the service or lack thereof as we didn’t get to order food. Also I am not one to complain or say something but this kind of pissed me off. On 8/2 at 8:36 PM, my wife and I went to Jimmy Johns in winder ga. They close at 9:00 pm and we’re only getting subs ToGO. I have worked retail before so I know they want to get off work at 9 and leave. Again we were only going to get subs to go. I cannot hear very well and I am not great at ordering food though a drive though. I usually go in and get my food at just about everywhere we eat. My wife and I got out of our car and saw the light was on and no notes on the door. There were two males working inside one was behind the counter and had what appeared to be blonde hair and the other was inside by the door and had dread locks with a Jimmy John apron. Before we could ever approach the side walk the male stood by the door and pointed to the drive through. He did not tell us what was going on or let us in. He just pointed at the drive through as we walked a little closer he made it a point to wave his arm like a cop would directing traffic towards the drive though. I pointed at the drive though and he just shook his yes.
Now I was not inside and I do not know if they were having some sort of internal issues but an explanation of some sort would have been good. We ended up not going through the drive through due to said issues above. I have worked customer service in some sort of form for almost 30 years and have never encountered something like this. They still had about 24 minutes till closing. As I drove away I could see someone else walking up to the door and walking away. We ended up going to Firehouse subs which is also open till 9 and went inside with 0 issues. They were very welcoming. I say all of that to say- if you want to go home early then at least tell someone. I would have gone through the drive though. I bet if management did an internal audit they would see that transactions from 830 to 9 are below par and only money shown would be for drive though or pick up orders. Hopefully management will fix this issue and provide an explanation. Thanks.

My first and last time trying JJ. I honestly don’t know why people eat here. It’s the equivalent of a school sack lunch. Very very bland cold hard sub. Mine tasted like vinegar and lettuce. I would recommend any sub place over jimmy johns. 8inch school sub for $8 just not worth it for me.

Their bread was burnt and really dry. Suggestion, if you eat, here is to have them make it in front of you instead of ordering online.
