As always the food is awesome. I took off 1 star for the service because it could be marginally improved. Team members have to speak up when it is clear that patrons can not hear them over the other noise in the restaurant. Also, napkins seemed to be in limited suppy….

Does not offer delivery, freaky fast, or otherwise. After 40 minutes it became clear we would not be receiving our delivery order. When we went to the store to get our sandwiches, there were 3 employees behind the counter, who were all but twiddling their thumbs. The employees were “unaware” that a delivery order had been placed. Uninterested, more like it. The food tasted fine, but it’s difficult to mess up a sandwich.

The chronic issues that this location has are a rock solid indicator of extremely poor management/ownership. Someone at corporate really, seriously needs to wake up. The general staff really can only be held accountable up to a point. After a while seeing the same issues that this one has (see the average 1.5 stars over the last year) all indicators point to leadership being asleep at the wheel. I have personally experienced the slow drive through and inconsistent subs 3 times here and each time there has been a different person helping me, which tells me these issues are pervasive and not specific to any single employee here, save for the GM. Turn the managers over here after doing a thorough search for a qualified replacement and watch the turnaround.

1 hour, 22min since my mobile order was placed….still NO food. Freaky slow, absent franchisee. I’ve been to this location before and the end results have been mixed. Often there is something incorrect with the order. Minor but still frustrating. Best to avoid this location until they can work out their obvious staffing issues and the franchisee becomes more involved and respective of their customer’s time, value of their hard earned money and patronage.

They never have bread cooked and when it is cooked it’s over cooked. It’s by far the worst JJs I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried several times to come back and see if anything has changed but today is 6/28/23 and still no change same same. I love JJs but I hate this store.

Nice people. But that was by far the slowest service I’ve ever received at a jimmy Johns. Took about 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Ordered an unwhich and got a regular sub, they forgot my pickle, I asked for no tomatoes, and the girl bagging didn’t even hand me a bag much less say you’re welcome to me when I said thank you. One of the female delivery drivers walked in the store at what I would call a crawl. No one in this store had a sense of urgency what so ever. Whoever is managing this location needs to revisit training and remind their employees where they work. If you don’t want to be here…don’t show up. You guys can do better.

Would give zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. Placed an online order at 5pm got a confirmation email at 5:02 pull up to pick up my order at 5:30 and they acted confused and hadn’t even started my order. Waited another 20 minutes to receive the wrong order. Spend your money somewhere else that doesn’t have an incompetent staff that just sits behind the counter and doesn’t do their job.
