This is the third time I’ve been to this location and what I’ve noticed. Is they really short you on the MEAT at this location? I mean to tell you they put the smallest amount of meat possible on there it’s like they’re trying to save MEAT to make their own sandwiches at the end of the day.

I recently visited this Jimmy John’s location yesterday at approximately 5:30pm, and unfortunately, it proved to be the most unwelcoming establishment of its kind that I have encountered. The cashier’s behavior was decidedly unaccommodating, as they appeared annoyed when I posed a question regarding available toppings. Moreover, the establishment had prematurely stacked all chairs, despite being open for another three hours. A homeless individual entered to place an order, and I kindly offered to cover the expense. However, the cashier inexcusably ignored his order, opting instead to serve another customer who arrived later. I felt compelled to intervene, emphasizing the importance of providing equal service to all patrons. The subsequent customer even expressed gratitude for my actions. Due to the establishment’s evident lack of customer service skills, humility, and welcoming atmosphere, I will not be revisiting this location

We came in around 8pm and were met at register by a smiling girl ready to take our order. She went over the order to make sure she had it correct. Our sandwiches were made perfect. Great experience at the Forrest Park location.

I order here and decent amount and usually several 4 to 8 box lunches at a time. Today I placed an order and was told that delivery orders do not matter. Surprising since they are “Freaky fast”. In store orders come first. Ive never had an issue with a delivery taking 2 hours until now. Or being told a delivery orders do not matter to a store. However you would think that not just in store orders matter but also delivery orders. Part of thier profits dont only come from in store, but also part of delivery or is that just my thoughts who knows. This is Just so you know your place as a customer and part of their daily profit even when you have a big order.

I always order ahead, at least a dozen times. My food has always been on time, delicious, and delivered with a smile. The staff is friendly and engaging when I want a conversation. Man, I love their fresh baked bread!

Staff was nice but my online order wasn’t ready like the app said it was but that’s not the bad part. The bad part is that they put tomatoes (which I’m allergic to) on my Picklewich I been so excited to try even though I customized it without tomatoes. I’m so glad I checked before I ate it (tomatoes were embedded into the pickle so had I not opened the sandwich and checked I would probably be in the ER right now.) Thanks a lot for getting my hopes up on trying the Picklewich just to be HIGHLY disappointed.
