This is my third visit in the past month, and I now have an opinion of the place. The food is good, portions are great, and the bread is fresh. My first visit, the gentleman was very accommodating. I went in the afternoon. My second visit I placed on an app and got it promptly when they opened. My third visit was the only one that made me hesitant. The app, as well as Google, states that the location opens at 10:00 a.m., however I got a call at 10:15 saying the location would not open until 11:00 and asked if I wanted to cancel my order that I placed online. I had just pulled up at 10:20 and the person was accommodating enough to make my order, however it is the confusion with which I am not comfortable. I thought this would be a good location to pick up a sandwich before I go into work on Saturdays. I believe this may be a good location but suffers from employees needing to communicate with each other better.

This is the worst location i have ever been to!! They never know whats going on! I always have to wait hours for my order.. the app never matches the track order thing.. i absolutely HATE coming here.. the sandwhiches be good af tho but its not worth the aggravation.

The girl at the front is rude! Always frowning and being rude with customers. I thought it was just maybe a bad day but no! She’s like that every time I come there. They always make the order wrong and even though the receipt says what you want.. that’s not what you’re going to get. If it wasn’t a quick pick up close to work I wouldn’t have ever came again. I won’t come back. Today was the last straw.

I asked for a pickle and was willing to pay but was told that’s okay then another worker treated the situation as if I was still in the pickle. This is my first and last visit. Upon entering and ordering my food there were several people waiting for their food. I placed my order and got in line. The staff was moving slow and one of the staff members stopped to speak to a friend on the other side of the counter on several occasions. I espectáculo minimum effort but this by far has been the most irritating service. Your job is not rocket science, you do not have to be polite but get food out the way than socialize.

I love Jimmy John’s and visit frequently but this location is going downhill with time. It’s like every time I come in either I have to tell them to proper way to make my sandwich but this time it’s them giving me what they want and not what I paid for. So they have this new Jalapeño Wrap with a Jalapeño sauce and this is the 3rd time they have forced me to accept it all because they refuse to make kick’n ranch which is very much a different sauce. Ridiculous!!!! 1st I placed my order at 12.54pm for delivery. I didn’t receive any kind of notifications about it being ready that it was on the way or anything not even a phone call to say “hey we have no drivers today ” didn’t get any type of call. So I drove to the store to walk in to the employees sleeping !!!!! My order ticket was just sitting there and on top that didn’t even have the correct name on it!!!! So figured they would make it really quick had 3 other people walk in and get serviced before I got my sandwich so I waited another 15 mins to make my sandwich there NOTHING freaky fast about this service. I wish I would have took a pic or video smh. Didn’t even refund me my delivery fee plus tip for having to come pick it up. I not even the type of person to leave reviews but something had to be said. Horribly service. Would not recommend this location. Gave me the wrong order on top of all that.

Walked up and ordered at the counter. Friendly service at the register, but otherwise worst JJ’s I’ve been to. My sandwich was made wrong (nothing I can do since I took it to go) with half the items I ordered on it missing. No ice for drinks either.

The worst service!!!!! I asked the girl that was making my sandwich if she put oil and vinegar on it and she answered with an attitude. I told the manager and the girl interrupted and called me a lier in front of the manger and the manager did absolutely nothing! I will never go there again! Terrible customer service and zero professionalism.
