First time at this location. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door by everyone working the line. Was a little ahead of the lunch crowd, so no waiting. Ordered and sandwich made fresh in front of me. Ordered a few extra toppings on the side and easily accommodated. As I sat and ate, the lunch rush started, and it got busy. Lots of folks picking up from the order ahead area. Customers who ordered on arrival were in and out within a few minutes. Friendly staff. Clean store. Definitely will stop again.

Been coming here for a few weeks consistently now. Staff is friendly ans quick but my gosh, I guess condiments are just too high in cost now? Any kind of mayo, mustard, spread, etc on the sandwich is just not worth having as they put tiniest, and thinnest layer of it on the sandwich. If I ask for a condiment on my sandwich, it’s because I want to taste it as part of the balance of flavors. I got a beach club and couldnt even tell it had avavodo on it. Couldn’t taste it… If cutting costs on condiments is braking the bank in your operation costs, just close it down… I’ve been to other locations and never had this problem.

Apparently this location leaves their delivery open well past when they actually close. Ordered something around 7:50 without knowing they close at 8 and was just ghosted. Kind of incompetently run

I went in for lunch and purchase the “little John” Combo $6.00 with cheese an extra $1, but my total came to $8.89, plus I received a reward sandwich. when I tried to let the store know that I had been over charged there is no way that tax is $1.89 on a $7.00 purchase they were not interested in hearing what I had to say and stated that my bill was correct. the money amount is small but just the principal of it all. I felt like my business which is very regular did not matter, the doctor’s office that I work for orders every practically, and we have never experienced any issues. I will be taking my business back to Publix Deli because for the price that I pay at Jimmy Johns compared to other sub shops I should not be over charged for my meal.

BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A FAST-SERVE RESTAURANT! Our sandwiches were ready before we took our card out of the credit card machine, it was amazing. The staff were so friendly, the restaurant was so clean, the food was so good (as always). I would definitely go out of my way to go back to this location just because the service was that incredible!

I think I order here every other day or so because I get stuck at my job and can’t leave during work. Not going to leave a review off the food quality because it’s jimmy johns, you know what you are getting. The staff and service however is amazing. I’ve literally ordered food at 12 noon and had it show up at like 12:05 and think to myself “how in the hell is that even possible?”. I order the same thing every day, so I’m pretty sure everyone in that store knows my order and they are already making it when they see the phone ring. Usually just give them my card number and the call is done in like a minute. Staff is just friendly and great all around.
