JJ! Why are you toasting your labeled cold gourmet subs? I would’ve bet you 10 to 1 that yall still would have been successful leaving well enough alone.
Next your toasted Sicilian pizza toasted sub…Just over all..not good. Sure it may have been toasted…and sure at some point the roll became crispy…but wrap it up, put in the Togo bag, and leave it out for…never was notified that it was ready btw…..abit…its going to get soft and soggy and stale bread like. Gross! I was thoroughly disappointed.
Highlight: the pickelwhich was quite good. It tasted fresh and it had the crunch. And the pickle ranch just added some zest to it all. Great job.
In summary…
Get back off the “toasted” train…and go back to start

Consistently the worst staff of any JJs I have ever been to. I now drive the extra few miles north to the one by Kroger. My order always has something wrong with it, and it often takes a significant amount of time to make my sandwich.

I visited this new store at lunchtime. I ordered the Pepe sandwich with chips and water. It came out freaky fast! Service is great. The food was excellent and the atmosphere is very nice and very very clean!
The only downside is it’s one of those places if you don’t know where it is you’ll drive right by it!

I asked for no cheese, extra lettuce and onion, add pep. She kept cheese, added pep, but no extra onions on my #5. She must have not shaken the dressing bottle since all vinegar on my sandwich. Unfortunately, I used the rest room while sandwich was being made.

I recently went to this location for dinner and not only the people that work there are professionals but also very friendly and nice. My dinner was amazing, atmosphere was great and I hang out there for while to work on my computer. I left and forgot my purse with my wallet and keys in it, not only they saved my belongs, they also try to contact me through face book! I just want to leave a shout out to this place, if you haven’t been there please go, they have the best sandwiches!

I’m really disappointed because I visited Jimmy John’s a few weeks ago for the first time and I thought it was so delicious. I was thinking about the chicken ranch sandwich so I went back to get another one. The girls were very friendly and everything was very quick but when I got home and opened my sandwich. It wasn’t cut in half and it was basically bread covered in ranch. I couldn’t even taste the chicken or bacon. It’s disgusting and I’m throwing it in the garbage will not be coming back

I really like the food at Jimmy John’s, and I’ve ordered that this location before, but this particular order had some issues. I made sure all my ingredients said extra, which is even confirmed on the receipt, but there were no extra ingredients on my sandwich. All ingredients were on there, but it was a regular amount. Also, I ordered a red velvet brownie and I was given a regular brownie. Not a big deal, as I still enjoyed it, but attention to detail really should be happening when looking at the order.
