When you put more than once on your online order to please text when you arrive so I can meet you at the door and you still don’t do so. Which is fine, people typically don’t read notes. What prompted the 1 star review is that when I called and explained I haven’t got my food but it said delivered and I had put more than once to text me and I provided the number more than once to do so. His response “ok” and call ended. $17 bucks for a veggie sandwich and chips is ridiculous but more so for that customer service.

Legitimately the slowest delivery I’ve ever experienced. They definitely need to change their tagline for this location, as there is nothing fast about it. This is my second time ordering delivery, I live less than a mile from the restaurant, and delivery has taken over an hour both times. The first time actually took over 2 hours. If it is a staffing issue, it would be best not to offer delivery or to at least warn about extremely long wait times.

Usually this JJ’s is fantastic, but I’m guessing we caught them on a bad night. Got a Hunter’s Club and the roast beef was way too salty to eat and left dirt/seasoning smudges (something I’ve never seen before with this sub) all over the bread, cheese, wrapper, etc. Unfortunately, since the excess black bits were all over the sandwich, no part of it was edible.

I drove all the way from Austell to this location cause it said they close at 10 . The workers in there had the door locked and I arrived at 9:26 on 05/18 . Why tell people you close at 10 when you don’t !

It starts with me walking up as the girl is racing me to the door to close an hour and a half early. She won. I was glad she didn’t make my sandwich, anyway. Then today, got my sandwich, and a different girl looked miserable, but helpful. Took my first bite into a table spoon of mayonnaise. Care s little bit or you could always finda new job if this one is so bad.

EXCEPTIONALLY SLOW! This store .7 miles from my shop. I ordered one simple sandwich with a drink at 12:55. At 1:45 we called to check on it, “it’s not here so it’s out for delivery”. We already knew this based on the email updates. Infact had already been out for delivery for 30 minutes. Finally, at 2:10 the driver comes strolling in and hour and 15 minutes later. The ice in my drink had all melted away by the time he got it here. Good thing I wasn’t a diabetic in crisis!

I’ve held off numerous times writing a review for this location, but today was the last incident. This location is 0.8 miles from my job and it took them 1hr and 15 minutes to deliver my order. It would be a little different if this was an isolated incident, but it’s not. When I called, I was put on hold indefinitely and when I called back I was told, “we’re trying to get all the sandwiches out.” This location is right by a hospital and very busy area of town, staff accordingly…
