We ordered on line and when I picked up in the store (EARLY) the order was almost done and the gentleman working were stellar! 2 of them were training a new guy and the leadership and kind words they expressed to him were unlike anything you normally hear at a lot of businesses. You could tell they genuinely want him, and their store, to be successful. The food was excellent! I haven’t been to a Goodcents in 15+ years and I will probably be back weekly. So so so impressed.

I ordered delivery and when I was placing my order online I noticed one ingredient was missing. I called the store and the guy took my name, said he would look out for it and make sure my sandwich was made right. It ended getting to be 20 mins earlier than expected and it was perfect.

Love Goodcents and have frequented this location several times. It’s always good, clean and fast service. Today I went in and ordered two sandwiches and a couple chocolate chip cookies. The person who rang me up was very distracted with a few people who were in the store and when I got home I noticed he gave me different cookies that appears to be chocolate chip, white chocolate and nut. We have nut allergies in our house so I was disappointed since I love their cookies. Sandwiches were great as usual.

This was my first visit to this location. I placed a pick-up order ahead of time through the app for a 12:30pm pick-up during my lunch break. My order was ready when I arrived at 12:33; it was 100% correct, with all the ingredients I requested, chips, and a drink. The service was quick and friendly. The sandwich was fresh and delicious. Thanks for the great service, I will definitely be back!

Staff is very nice and will accommodate any requests you have. However, they slice the cheese thinner than I’ve ever seen cheese sliced, it wouldn’t even hold together. I’m sure that comes from management and most people don’t notice except that the sandwich doesn’t taste as good. That’s why places like Jason’s deli are so popular. They need to give customers what they pay for, it makes all Goodcents look bad.

We have always gone to this goodcents and had a good experience with no issues. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up but when I got home, one of the sandwiches was not made correctly. Normally I would have just dealt with it and ate it but a lot of the toppings were ones I did not like. I called to let them know and the manager offered to bring me a new sandwich, to my home! This manager has always been great and polite when we’ve gone to order in store. He even remade my sandwich once when I didn’t realize they had new garlic pepper bread and was sad I missed it. I could have waited for next time lol. The fact that he took the time to bring me a new sandwich shows he will go above and beyond what is needed to help!
