Love their East coast Italian sandwich – you get double meat and cheese and they take out some of the bread by default, and it includes peppers, all of which is how I like my sandwiches so it fits me perfectly. My wife loves their Gargantuan (which is loaded up with meats), it’s enough for two meals so both of these sandwiches end up being a great value.

The kid making my sandwich was watching videos while he prepared my food WRONG!! asked for Xtra onions got none, there was no oregano or sauce. I asked the GIANT sub be cut in half and wrapped separately had to tell the drive thru guy that then the kid cuts the sandwich while it’s still wrapped and wrapped each half separately with previous wrap on them…I get home and see all those issues including hard bread when I called to complain the kid passed himself off as a manager and stated “is that all?”, I said I’m sorry what did you say your name is again-he never told me his name, he says “what’s your name? I said you know my name you have caller ID needless to say I WILL BE CALLING THE STORE IN THE MORNING

Drive thru was slow. Food is over priced and the quality is not worth it. A BLT is by far way better when made at home. The lady at the window was nice tho.

My regular tuna sub came with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber and was good, but would have wanted tuna on the first bite, every bite. The price of the sub and medium drink was decent, but the cashier did not give me my drink. When I asked her if this cup was mine, she said yes, and actually indicated a small, whereas I paid for a medium.

So I pulled up to the drive thru speaker an they had a sign stating they were closing at 4pm. I patiently sat at the speaker for 15 min for nobody to come to the speaker. I pulled around to the window an the young lady came to window who seemed to be annoyed that I didn’t just drive off. I asked were they closed an she said no an rolled her eyes an I proceeded to place my order. I ordered a beach club meal with a sweet tea an a pickle. My sandwich was thrown together. I will no longer patronize this location an I will tell everyone I know to not patronize this location since it was an issue for me to order

I’ve finally had enough bad experiences to review this Jimmy John’s location. I love the food food at Jimmy John’s but this location always has something wrong going on. They’re often out of of bread and today they told me they weren’t doing unwhichs with no further explanation. Fast isn’t in their vocabulary. You’ll often wait in the drive through for 20 minutes for them to finally get your order. The drive through is also incredibly difficult to get through. I suggest this location gets scraped a new one is built in a better location with better employees.

When I tell you this has been the worst experience, I felt so compelled to write a review. Ordered 2 sandwiches, nothing even needed to be modified. Get to the window, wait a long time before someone comes. Tell us they are making the tuna. Okay, no problem, thinking it will take a few mins. 7 mins go by, they ask me to scoot up and wait. Almost 10 more mins go by, and I think maybe they forgot about us. So I back up to the window to ask to check in. A young fellow comes to the window and says he needs to still needs mix mayo in the tuna and will be done shortly. More than 15 mins have gone by already… Another 8 mins goes by, I ask my husband to go in and ask. He goes in and the fellow is behind the counter just laughing. He is watching videos on his phone!!! Not mixing the tuna or paying attention to it. OH AND HE WAS SCRATCHING HIS FACE AND HAIR WITH HIS BARE HANDS AND USING THEM TO MAKE SANDWICHES! I was shocked to see that. I wanted to leave so badly but we already paid and even getting a refund would take forever.
