BEWARE! They shrunk their sandwiches in 2026! Doubt we will ever go back. My #2 Little John got even smaller & had LESS THAN a single whole piece of roast beef on it (see pic) For $5.69? My husband got a “regular size” sandwich for $10.69 and it was definitely TINY compared to what they used to be. Feel like we got ripped off BIG time. Not worth the money in 2026!

Ordered for the first time, their new Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was supposed to be toasted it was freezing cold, not toasted. I added avocado which I paid extra for and of course it wasn’t added. Also asked for no ranch, guess what was on it? Ranch! I don’t understand how people pay money for something and people just don’t get it right. First & last time ordering from here.

I wanted to show love to this location near my house. I have been in GA for about 4 years now. Out of all the places I have visited. This place has the best customer service around. I always go through the drive-thru and order the roast beef and cheddar, no horseradish, and add turkey.
Although I slightly rearrange my sandwich to my liking, it’s always served with a smile and a pleasant attitude. It’s clean, well put together, with fresh ingredients and we need more places that exude customer service like this place. Keep up the great work ! 🙂

Every once in a while I want a Jimmy John’s sandwich & I don’t know why after the last time I tried again lol This was a different location but service worse. Unfortunately only one closet to me. I basically got a lettuce sandwich and a few wrong things with what I wanted extra. Just need to make sure I keep things in the house to make my own sandwich or get to the store to buy them before I get too hungry ♀️

I went through the drive-thru today and what a great experience! The cashier was very pleasant and polite and the gentleman who handed me my order even told me to drive safely. A very nice change from lots of fast food restaurants where the employees barely speak to you! The food was great as well! We will definitely be back!

Employees are rude. The owner and managers aren’t better either! Employees are constantly ignoring customers. Employees when they touch money or other things then asking nicely to change gloves they get mad. They always have the doors locked before 8 ( they close at 9). Loud vile music. An employee told me the table that’s supposed to be temperature controlled is broken and don’t plan on getting it fixed. Where is the health inspector? Employee told me it’s been like this for months..that was my last straw! Food is contaminated going from warm to cold to freezing. The lettuce used for lettuce wraps are soggy and frozen. Prices keep going up while the quality of food and customer service is going down. I recommend going somewhere else. Done giving this place my money!

Food was immaculate. However, the music was extremely loud, which makes it hard to talk to others. In addition, the benches are all set up on a platform that is extremely hard to see when you are sitting down, which caused an elderly member of my family to fall. Overall, food and service were great; atmosphere, not so much.

Been to this location several times now, and the food and service surprises me every time! These young ladies and gentlemen they hire are so polite and professional, and they know how to make a MEAN sandwich! On our last visit they had my order made and handed to me by the time I was finished running my card, and was perfect (including customizations)! The ingredients are so fresh that you’d swear they were put through a photo filter, and the bread is baked to perfection. I also love the wisdom, lists and media on the walls. They’re inspiring, insightful and hilarious! Speaking of lists, Jimmy John’s is definitely on my top 10, and I’m looking forward to my next visit!
