I never give bad reviews but after taking almost 30 minutes to make my order, it was given away to someone else. They remade it. I opened back at the office and it had a tiny bit of overcooked tuna and pickles. period. I asked for toasted bread only, cold tuna, tomato, pickles and oil and vinegar. I am very disappointed and don’t have time to get anything else until after work.

This is my favorite sub shop and all of the food I’ve gotten has been great outside of the chips. For some reason despite everything else being wrapped or closed properly, every time I order chips for delivery order the bag is partially open and tastes really stale.

They definitely need to change their slogan from freaky fast to freaken slow. I order from here all the time and it has turned into at least a 45 to hr wait now it’s at least a hr or more. Plus ingredients just ain’t as fresh and good as they use to be.

Came in on my dinner break. I get 30 min. Already took 10 to get here. I walk in, the guy at the front waits for me to order. Then says we don’t have any French bread. It’s baking in the oven, but you can do a wrap or lettuce wrap. How you gonna run out of ready bread at a sandwich shop? Other than not prepare it in a reasonable amount of time so you don’t run out. I had to order my sub in a wrap. Wraps are cool, but not what you really expect when you eat at Jimmy John’s. Wish I would have chosen somewhere else to eat my work dinner out for the first time in 4 months.

My experience here is always fantastic. Everyone that works there is always very friendly and food is ready quickly. Tonight was no different, except when I walked in the young lady working was sitting on one of the back counters that she had to get off of to ring out my order. I understand that there are times you need to sit. I work 8 hours a day on my feet so I totally understand the need to sit. I just think the counter or table or whatever it was is not the best place to do that. Just a bit unprofessional and not very sanitary.

We have been going here on a weekly basis. Last week they messed up our order. This week they missed it up again. I drove back to the store with the receipt in hand and it obviously did not match the order. The manager on duty didn’t apologize and grabbed the sandwiches that were wrong and threw them in the trash. Then when they started remaking the sandwiches I spoke up because they were wrong again. When I returned home they still were not correct. How hard is it to fix a number 1 slim with ham and cheese???

The sandwiches are good but the preparation is inconsistent. Sometimes I get a really good sub and sometimes (like this visit) I get one that doesn’t have the ingredients across the entire sandwich or is missing ingredients. I like them but it will be a long time before I return, if ever.

Jimmy Johns markets itself as having “freaky fast” delivery. That is not true for this location. On a multitude of occasions I have waited over 30 minutes for 1 sub. I have also ran late for a meeting due to their inability to delivery quickly or within a reasonable time. Will not spend my money here nor will I use them to cater our meetings anymore.
