This location recently opened. Let’s just say they should have had training for the employees prior to opening. The staff are kind and respectful but the quality of food there is unacceptable. The steak was raw, not medium well. The counter was dirty no one wiped the counters between meals. The line is extremely slow, the workers has no sense of urgency. I asked “why is the steak so pink” one of the workers seemed concerned and walked away like she was coming back with an answer. Did not and refused to finish making my bowl. I am highly disappointed by this location.

The sitting area was great but small, the service was slow and the food was just edible. I mean based on the other chipotles I’ve eaten, this chipotle was the worst. The food was cold and they also gave me soggy chips. My salad was also soggy. I think they need to work on this and hire professionals!

Just left there. I was waiting for fresh fajitas because the ones in the pan was dry and old. Waited 15 minutes for the fresh ones only for her to put the crusty ones on top of the fresh. Needless to say, I won’t be going back ever and I hate I had to give a star for this review.

everytime i go here there’s an issue. the first time the black beans were WAY too spicy i couldn’t even finish my bowl and i know it’s just this location because this has never happened. the second time i went the rice had no flavor!!! and the third time they were out of izze drinks. not to mention each and everytime i went (chipotlane) they never put a fork in my bag… i get this is a new location but get it together please

Janiya truly made my day with her outstanding customer service. She welcomed me in warmly, and after a long day, I came in with a fairly complicated order. Not only was she able to fulfill everything promptly, but she did so with genuine care and kindness.
She exceeded my expectations at this new location. As I was leaving, neither of us realized that one of my meals had been left behind. Without hesitation, Janiya ran outside to make sure I received my full order. I had three entrées, and she even offered me another bag with handles to make things easier.
It may seem like a small gesture to some, but to me it meant a lot. I truly look for people who are kind, respectful, and compassionate, and Janiya embodies all of those qualities. Employees like her often go unnoticed, and that’s exactly why I felt compelled to leave this review. She absolutely deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
