FOOD> The clever clerk helped me put a healthy spin on my favorite #12 Toasted Beach Club – A classic turkey sandwich with hand-sliced turkey, provolone cheese, and avocado spread, often served toasted by putting it on wheat bread! It was delicious and hearty. With a drink and a side of chips it made two meals
SERVICE> The clerks are always really friendly and make the best sandwiches

In hospital ordered because they delivered. The service was great they text and called ensure I retrieved my order. Then trying the food I couldn’t have asked for a better experience while feeling grief and anxiety. Thanks to the guys who worked 5/27/2025

Placed an online order for lunch at shortly after 12pm. Got to the store about 12mins after ordering. Took almost 30minutes to get my food. Several other people came in, ordered at the register, got their food and left. I told them I was waiting for a pickup when I had arrived but never got any update or was asked what order I was waiting for. I finally went and asked if it was being fixed and they said it was next. They handed me my sandwich without bagging it or including the cookie or my drink cup. Pretty disappointed with the service. I’ve been to this location many times and have never had to wait as long as I did this trip. I will say the sandwich was made correctly and tasted great just wish the customer service and speed of service was better. I mean after all their logo is “Freaky Fast”. Inside of store was clean and there is both indoor and outdoor seating.

Would not recommend. Rude staff. One cussed my husband because he got lost last week on delivery. Today while dining in one joked about trying to sneeze on the bag to “give the customers more”. This behavior is simply not acceptable and completely nauseating. Who owns this place anyway? Do better.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery, I’ve had plenty of sandwiches delivered in the past with no issue. This last time it never showed up. Whoever was delivering marked it as delivered, I was at work and by the time I got off work and called they were closed. There’s no where on the app to request a refund or complaint

I ordered food an hour before close for delivery to my office that is 4 minutes from the nearest location. The order was received and at 20:30 the order said it was out for delivery. I know that some of the guys that deliver from that location (141 E McBee Ave., Greenville, SC 29601) ride bikes so i wasn’t expecting it to get here in exactly 4-5 minutes. So i started another task at work and got entwined in the task enough that i lost track of time. When i looked at the clock it was 21:05 so i checked the tracker and it said delivered but i never received a notification of delivery and the food is no where to be found on the premises. I also checked the cameras we have around the building and no one has tried to deliver anything. I even left delivery instructions on where the office door was located. I called and apparently they had no delivery drivers/riders and they handed it out to a third party, i never received my food and since its now past hours of operation i don’t have a dinner for the night since i work night shift 19:00-07:00. Terrible experience overall.

Ordered pick up from the mcbee street location. The parking garage has free parking for the first hour. Food was great as expected.
I did order a chocolate chip cookie and was given two rasin cookies instead. I am assuming that they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies left since I was ordering dinner.
I used the app which makes order and pick up easy and quick.

8/6/23 2:23PM – Terrible Management, manager needs training or to move on to a new career.
I ordered a sub with some add ons, when I got home they weren’t on the sub, so I called ,and the manager told me she doesn’t make mistakes. What, So I am lying? Ok so I’ll send photos.. she says I need to drive it back to show her. I told her I’m not wasting 30min of my time for a $7 sub please refund it. I asked for her name, to which she asked “why does that matter”, I said so I can call corporate to discuss this. She said ‘I’m not helping you now, and hung up’. For the record, I added photos of the sub with all the add ons that the lady that doesn’t make mistakes put on there for me.
Good job Jimmy John’s. If this is how your management functions than I have no problem letting the world know that this young female manager that worked on this Sunday SUCKS. And she’s ignorant and rude.

Not freaky fast. Delivery is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s delivered in a reasonable amount of time, but often waiting over an hour for a sandwich to be delivered within a 10 block radius. I could have gone to any store, requested fresh cut meats, made my own sandwich and eaten it in the amount of time it takes to receive my delivery. Unfortunately I can’t do this because I have limited time for lunch.
