Best thing about the place was the workers. Very polite and friendly. I got the #9 . I could taste the meat and sometimes onions. I didn’t taste any oil, vinegar or spices. They don’t cut the bread all the way through so you end up with one bite of meat and one bite of lettuce. You can’t watch them make it so you can’t ask for more vinegar and oil ect. Small selection of sandwiches. Won’t go there again.

This is maybe the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve ordered from this location. I usually order from Jimmy johns cause I know it’ll get there real fast but the last time I ordered it took upwards of 1.5 hours and it still wasn’t there. Mind you I live about a mile down the road. The other time it took 45 minutes to get delivered. If you’re trying to get a sandwich delivered, don’t order from this store because it will literally never come.

Horrible sandwiches lately. So disappointed. The new manager is worthless and rude. I have been a loyal customer of this location but ever since they changed management it had gone downhill. This was the last time. I have been patient and understanding but I also have been paying. Today was the last purchase until you get new management and I will also refuse to pick up any future customer orders that order through this location.

Drivers routinely don’t follow instructions provided causing multiple issues and co-workers having to deliver orders they are not responsible for. When this was addressed, free sandwich was offered. Order was placed but still had to pay for my order (instructions written for comp not followed so they are not reading anything on the reciepts.) As a former delivery driver from a different JJ locations, I’ll not be ordering from here again. Literally all they had to do was read the bottom of the receipt so either they’re not paying any mind to customer requests or they’re too overworked for the amount of drivers they have. Waste of time and money.

Was in town Fri July 15th to attend an AAU Basketball Tournament @ the North Charleston Athletic Center! Placed an order for 45 subs for the basketball team & was scheduled to pickup @ 8pm! When we arrived the manager told us that they called someone & was told that they didn’t place any order for 45 subs! Apparently they put down the wrong phone number so the subs were not made! The manager Micheal Bartell who actually is manager @ the Mt Pleasant SC location apologized, told us he had limited staff but he would definitely have them ready for us in 15 min. Micheal was extremely accomodating & nice. Him & his team went out of their way to make our order in a timely manner! We were very pleased! Once we left the restaurant we weren’t 5 minutes up the road & Noah Gibson who was the actual manager of that location called us to apologize for the order not being ready!

I love Jimmy John’s. Everything is fresh,on the expensive side. I spent $25.00 on a lg Sweet tea and a 12 inch sandwich but it didn’t come with the chips. Besides that it’s good. Closest I’ve gotten to a grand slam from Ithaca! I ordered the sandwich with all the meat on it. Last time I went, I had ordered the turkey club. It was good but only had 2 slices of actual meat on it and they never put the bacon on it. What r ya gonna do. But it was good. The guy that works the cash register in there is really nice. The girl,not so much. All in all it was ok

JJ’s is always good, but something went sideways last visit. Some ingredient shared across multiple sandwich types must be bad as had mild food poisoning. -1 star and a word of caution for the moment.
