Placed an order for delivery around 1pm. Didn’t have it at 2:30 so I called them. They told me it was on the way. At 3:30 I still didn’t have my food so I called again and was told it was never picked up by a delivery driver. I asked why that was and the person on the phone said it ‘wasn’t their fault’ and they ‘couldn’t help’ me.

The kindly folks at Jimmy John’s on King Street keep their store looking sharp. The windows all along the walls make dining in an excellent chance to people watch. In fact, I watched an elderly man get knocked over by a car. Watch where you’re driving.
Otherwise the food is always fresh and tasty and the employees seem to be doing a great job with the COVID-19 and everyone is wearing masks.

Went to pickup my order, cashier exclaimed, if it’s wrong it’s our fault since the gm and managers are here! Had no idea what she was talking about. Asked if chips drinks and sandwich were in the sealed bag and she said yes. Of course when I get home to open no chips, sandwich is wrong. Expensive for not getting what you ordered.

Multiple times now, I’ve ordered pickup, and it isn’t ready 30 min later. An employee told me they prioritize walk-ins over pickup. They said I need to alert them when I come in so they can make the order. They did not begin making the order until I was physically in the store. So ultimately, the pickup order took up more of everyone’s time defeating the purpose of the order.
