18:30 Saturday afternoon. 28FEB2026. I cook at home for most meals these days and considering the awful experience in the last 3 JJ I went to, I’d all but given up on them. But I had some free stuff and I’m a sucker for free/ discount food, what can I say? This was a pleasant experience. The girl working was on it. She was friendly, on her game and the whole thing went smooth from start to finish. She appeared to be doing it on her own. Thank you, unknown sandwich shop girl, for restoring a bit of my faith in humanity.

Ordered a Giant turkey tom at 12pm sat Oct 28th. With let tom onion O/V no mayo. I had to correct the order read back three times . Half the sandwich had unripe tomato ends, the other half did not have any . When I’m paying $18+ k for a sandwich Id expect more. They have such good bread there but not going to give them any more business unfortunately. I understand it could be a one time poor product but got to do better than that. I didn’t go back and complain as it was a to go order and didn’t discover the mess up until I was miles away.

There are a few reasons why I like Jimmy John’s. (1) They have opened enough locations in our area that no matter where you are, you can eat a sub or have one delivered, (2) and if you do delivery, they are known for fast delivery! (3) I personally love the fact that they give you option to take half the bread out, which is like, or you can leave it in if that’s your thing. My only issues are that there are many subs that don’t include cheese and if you want cheese (which most people do), you have to pay an extra $1 for it. REALLY?!? And the only other complaint I have is consistency. There are many times when I get my sub and its amazing, exactly the way I ordered it and when they make it like that, I love it! But there are some times when it’s not made the same. They may put Extra when I ordered EZ, or vice-versa and many times I choose the option to have it cut in half, and they just don’t do it. I just wish they could be more consistent. Be Awesome all the time!

I didn’t care for the staff. They made it uncomfortable and were’nt very inviting. They were so fast the guy walked away without giving me my change as he was in a hurry to leave. It was just 38cents so I left, didn’t want to deal with it. Bread was fresh, lettuce a little rusted. The bread to filling ratio way off, so much bread.

Rudest service I have ever received including the manager who was unapologetic for his employees behavior. Do not go here instead take your business to Jersey Mikes they are always pleasant and respectful, the customer service is top notch!!

I asked for a refund due to me ordering off the toasted section of the app and my sandwich wasn’t delivered toasted. Scott langston didn’t try to investigate the apps glitch where if you click on the toasted sandwich menu it doesn’t give you the option to reverify that toasted it selected. It seems to be implied. Due to pregnancy i can’t eat cold cuts. He offered to send another sandwich out but i waited 20-30 mins for this “freaky fast” sandwich. Screenshots attached to show it doesn’t present the toaster option as if your ordering off the favs menu or where ever.
