Genuinely the best jimmy John’s sandwich I’ve had lol. All other locations for some reason struggle to put enough mayonnaise but this sandwich was magical. Sanjuan was the one to take our order and I’m pretty sure was the one to make our sandwiches so shout out to him! Super friendly

I can’t rate on the atmosphere or the food because I didn’t receive it – but what I did receive was awful service . The store closes at 9:00 pm stated online and on the app from which I ordered . I placed my order around 8:20 and it was confirmed and I was already sitting in the parking lot . I sat in the parking lot for 20 min until someone walked out to my car and told me that they canceled my order and I should receive a refund – when asked why, she said because they had already closed up for the day . I responded with what time it says they close and asked if that was correct and she said yes but “he” wanted to close up early . I waited 20 min in my car for someone to tell me that . It would have been different had they come out right when they cancelled. Instead time was waisted and my hungry kids and I had to find another restaurant . Luckily Firehouse stays open until closing time so we just ordered from there . Very disappointed how this was handled .

Awful. Grew up in IL where Jimmy John’s got started, ive been to too many to count. Honestly, this one just needs to close its doors. I order the same thing from every Jimmy John’s everytime; large gargantuan double meat double cheese. The manager made the order wrong when I came back to say so she tried to argue with me… in her Simpsons t shirt and pajamas. Saying I must have said it wrong. That she made what I ordered. I was so taken aback by it. A separate time I walked in and got a dead eyes stare until I got to the counter. I said “Helloooo!” and waited for a response. I got a slow blink followed by “watchu want?”. One day they ran out of bread midday and said if I wanted a sandwich I could have it on day old bread, then charged me full price. I live in Shelby now full time so if I want real JJs I have to go way out of my way. Luckily this is the literal only location I’ve had major and consistent issues with virtually every order I’ve placed here. So I choose to go to the other sandwich place in town and its leaps and bounds better.

Never again. Chicken wrap, no chicken all old tasting lettuce and mayo. Cookies old. No hair nets on servers. Roast beef sandwiche, no better than the corner store. The corner store has better sandwiches. YUCK.

First let me point out that my husband and I are on a very tight and fixed income. Also I have been waiting for more than a year
to have extra money to go to Jimmy John’s to have a good Italian sandwich. We are originally from NJ and been in NC for 23 years
never found a place that put italian meat on italian subs (go figure) Being an Italian-Sicilian, I was very excited about and
looking forward to it.
Finally we had extra money expecting about $20 for 2 subs like at Subway or our local place. we were beside ourselves when we saw $15.99 and $13.99
for each of our sandwiches. I was ready to leave but my husband said to me since you have been wanting to try it, let’s treat ourselves.
The girls at the counter didn’t know exactly what was in the sandwiches and it took several times to explain which one, how large
(we always get the biggest to fill for 2 meals each) I got the #9 and couldn’t wait for the capicola! my husband got the #2
which I have attached photos to show little meat and not what we asked for. He said no mayo, oil and vinegar. They only
put oil and 2 slices of roast beef and 2 slices of cheese (charged extra) lettuce and didn’t get the tomato he asked for! incomplete sandwich
For mine, I ask you have you ever heard of an italian sub with mayo…it always comes with oil AND vinegar! yes they did not put onions as requested
but barely any meat or cheese, some lettuce and I had asked for tomato as well, no tomato!
It is one thing not getting what’s ordered when 2 subs come to about $15-20 dollars for both. So, when the 2 sandwiches come to
$33.90 for 2… DOUBLE THE PRICE and no what is ordered, and barely anything on it…I think there is something wrong with that store,
all of your stores, or your policies. Do you have any idea how much groceries, even a 1/2 tank of gas for my small car I just wasted!
I will NEVER go to a Jimmy John’s again nor will I ever give any good review via word of mouth to anyone!

Clean store, understanding staff. But I suggest you add a “card only” sign if you’re going to leave your staff with less than enough cash in the drawer.
