I just wanted to share that their customer service today was excellent. The manager went above and beyond to make my order right as I did have an issue, but their kindness made it all better, and the delivery driver, Allan Vernon was super nice and apologetic. They both went out of their way to fix the issue. I order from here a lot and will continue to do so

5/11/2024 ordered a #2 just meat and cheese. I got two pieces of meat. The manager says they weight each portion. Who cares when the portion size is TINY
No other sub company cheats their customers out of meat. For that price I feel robbed. Thee manageade no effort to make things right either. Not a fan of the the take it or leae it attitude.
Never again. Subway here I come.

Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery at 7:25 pm called at 30 min mark to ask where they were. “Hes just leaving” they say.
At 8:20 I asked for my money back. Imagine waiting an hour for Jimmy Johns. Imagine being hangry over an undelivered sandwich made out of lettuce.

Way to go Jimmy John’s! Excellent, excellent customer service! I am just outside the Jimmy John’s delivery area. However, when I called in and explained to them that I had the flu and couldn’t go anywhere and thought that I really needed to try to eat some food they delivered to me! I could not have asked for nicer people or better service!

Very nice, great food great staff, very clean and smells GREAT, but most of all… super fast, and I mean I ordered, paid and before I could even get my drink poured they had my sub waiting for me, I’d say I spent literally a minute or two in the shop overall. It took me longer to figure out what I wanted lol. And always fresh food!!
