I tried Jimmy Johns finally
I received an offer, buy a sub and get a free sub. So of course I wanted 2 for 1. I got the Beach club, and the hubs got the Italian night club. I just am never really excited for a regular sub. I don’t like going out for sandwiches normally. But their subs are a good size for the price. They let you choose if you want to cut it or not! Idk why that made me happy I will go back to try a different sub. I recommend trying them fo sho!

I like Jimmy John’s subs. This was my first visit to this location and I was pleased. They were fast, had helpful suggestions and the place was super clean. It was not busy when I was in but it looks like they are ready to take on huge rushes both at the main counter and the order-out counter. I will certainly be back.

I usually hate tomatoes, but today I ordered a turkey Tom and said what the hell. (I kept the tomatoes on it.) when I tell you that Aaron made this sandwich so good. It is the best sandwich that I have ever had in my life and I’m not even exaggerating. I literally just got off the phone with him telling him how much I love the sandwich. I’m still eating it and I don’t want it to end! Aaron thank you so much. When you go in there, ask for Aaron to make your sandwiches

Had the mediterranean veggie wrap and mediterranean chicken wrap. The veggie wrap was made well. The chicken wrap was not layered correctly and overwhelmed the taste buds with oil tapenade and vinegar.

I had a craving for a tuna sub all day today. My wife and I went to JJ this evening and they were out of subs. The cashier said the store is closed tomorrow (Easter) and they did not want to have any leftover bread. We feel we should have been given a free drink or dessert for the inconvenience. We were offered nothing.

UPDATE: Jimmy Johns reached out to me after my complaint and reimbursed my order. Although the initial customer service received was unacceptable, they showed that they cared about my issue and did what the could to make it right.
**This use to be our go to Jimmy John’s, however, the staff has turned over and the new team must not care about quality. This picture is how we found the sandwich when it was opened. They also left our pickle out, but they were sure to charge us for it.
