We usually order over $50 worth at Jimmy Johns every single time. They have screwed up on several occasions but nothing so significant we felt a need to post a review…. Today is very different. We ordered our usual and we’re given super skinny bread…two and I repeat, two slivers of bacon, and literally just enough slices of meat to appear to cover the bread. These are supposed to be the extra large subs. with as much as we spend here we expect an actual sandwich not something that looks like they ran out of supplies.

Always tasty and served super quick. The Italian night club is my favorite quick service Italian sandwich and they always make it well. The bread they make daily is always soft and delicious. They also make the best cookies! Recommend them if your in the mood for a cold sub.

This location has TWICE ruined my sandwich. Once by adding roast beef to my TURKEY Tom without being told to do so and trying to pass it off as what I ordered. At least I didn’t get up charged that time and they eventually fixed it. This last time they didn’t ask if I wanted cheese on my sandwich added it anyway and then charged me extra for it and refused to fix it. I love their sandwiches when made how I ordered them but they need to get WAY better at customer service! Here’s a tip from another service worker, if your workers are unsure about what a customer wants, ASK! Be sure before charging them and putting the sandwich together. Maybe read back the order. It’s not rocket science.

I had placed an order, after waiting an hour there were a few things wrong in the order. I called and let them know, I heard from the driver and the person on the phone that they only had 3 drivers(that’s fine, I didn’t complain about the hour wait). I am giving 4 stars because she did end up correcting the order and had it here within 10 minutes, we all make mistakes, but the way we correct them matters and I felt like they did a good job. 🙂

Ordered a large turkey tom with cheese and tomato! The bread was dry, taste less and seemed flat and stale! I just read you changed your recipe! Big mistake! Won’t be going back now and we always eat jimmy John’s when we travel! Change it back please or no more Turkey Tom

First time here and the service was horrible. I love Jimmy John’s Beach club sandwich and that’s not what I received. There was not much in my sandwich. They did not put much meat, the avocado spread which makes a difference was not in my sandwich, and the bread was not fresh! My drink order was even wrong. I asked for sweet tea and was given coke. The employees definitely need some training. Super disappointed.

I eat at this location several times a week. On average I have great experiences and never really had a anything to complain about. Today I had a small issue and I wrote a bad review. Honeslty I felt kind of bad as to base a bad review on 1 experience vs. 150+ good ones. One of the employees, Aaron, tracked me down and reached out to me. I acknowledged that the problem was more due to a malfunction in the soda machine. I told him I felt bad for writing the review. He did not use this opportunity to shirk responsibility. Instead he listened to my complaint and insisted that they could do better. He also took the time to ask if I could think of any other areas they could improve. All in all it was a very positive conversation. I was never going to stop frequenting this location and was going to take my review down regardless of his call. After this conversation I can only leave a 5 star review. Never in my wildest dreams would I thought to of gotten this kind of customer service from a Jimmy Johns. As far as the quality of food I will say I always get exactly what I order and am expecting. It is always, as advertised, freaking fast. Even when there is a line I always get through extremely fast. Thanks again Aaron big ups for correcting this situation and going the extra mile.
