Lunch rush. 2 workers in front and 1 “manager” i assume is in the back. Took order approximately 40 minutes. For 2 sandwiches. Among other orders being entirely forgotten by workers. Did not recieve bacon or pickles on either sandwich. Neither toasted as requested.
I do not blame the regular employees. Since everyone present saw the Toxic work environment the manager made when asked to help in the back. When she then yelled and threatened the employees jobs for being slow as she was not helping.

I have a very positive experience every time I visit this location. I go every Week. I’m quick, I don’t talk much, and I always order the same thing. At this point, the friendly staff knows my order the moment I walk through the door, and I can’t say how much I appreciate that.
Even though I’m not really someone who strikes up conversations, their kindness and consistency make me feel welcomed. The service is always fast, the team is always friendly, and the whole experience just makes my day a little better.

Listen, we all know why I’m here. It’s the bread. That glorious, soft-yet-crusty Jimmy John’s bread is the only reason I’m currently justifying my life choices at a sandwich shop. Don’t look at me, just mind your business while I enjoy my carbs in peace. Side eye.

I’m a creature of habit: the Veggie, loaded with everything, but strictly no condiments. I don’t need mayo or oil distracting me from my bread-centric spiritual journey.
The Innovation
This time, I decided to get fancy. I asked them to toast the bread and the provolone first, then pile on the cold veggies. The gentleman behind the counter looked at me like I’d just cracked the Da Vinci Code and said:
”A staple veggie sandwich done right. We should add it to our menu.”
I couldn’t agree more. If you’re looking for a sandwich that actually tastes like something other than a wet salad, this is the blueprint.
The Experience
The staff was incredibly friendly, though the execution was a bit of a “trust the process” moment:
Attempt #1: A young man tried his best but got lost in the sauce (literally). Despite my “no condiments” plea, the message didn’t quite land.
The Save: A second gentleman stepped in with elite-level delegation skills. He navigated the order with the precision of a brain surgeon, ensuring my toasted provolone stayed crispy and my sandwich stayed dry.
The Verdict: It was a team effort with great follow-through. Shouts out to the staff for turning a “navigation error” into a toasted victory.
Rating: 5/5 Stars for the bread. 4/5 Stars for the teamwork. 10/10 for my own sandwich-designing genius.

Ordered through the app tonight, a Billy Club and a Cubano for pick up. Got home, unwrapped my sandwich (the Cubano)…no bacon. It is supposed to have bacon, ham, provolone, pickles, mayo and mustard. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this very thing has happened. Not going to drive back from N. Springfield for it to be made right. Please pay better attention to the details.

First time I ordered online from here, they screwed our order up and it took them an hour to complete it. Paid extra for guac on one sandwich, extra for bacon on another, added a dessert, and all were missing. At least $5-6 dollars in their pocket and no product for me. Second visit we ordered in. Sandwiches redeemed my first poor experience. Third go , being hopeful based on my last visit, we ordered hoagies. $10 for the turkey Tom (had to pay extra for cheese) and this is what I get. Literally two slices of turkey in the sandwich and it just looks sad. I can go to Jersey Mikes, not have to pay extra for cheese and have 3x as much meat. They will get my business from now on.

9/10 my sandwich is pretty great. But this last visit my sandwich bread was so soggy and thrown together and I literally picked up right when it was ready. Drove 5 minutes home and yuck. Jan 8 lunch time whom ever worked please take your time.

I ordered via the online app at 1230pm, my order was received at 145pm. I never received my 4 bags of chips and when I confronted the driver he said it was in one of the bags and took off. That was not true there were no chips, additionally I did not receive the mayonnaise package that I had requested and the lettuce was brown from my unwhich. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Messed up my order. Just meat and cheese is pretty easy and pretty clear as I said it twice – yet slathered in mayo with all the toppings. They did up charge me for the cheese. Shame on me for not checking to make sure they got it correct before getting home. ♂️

Sandwiches are ok but not the best. I had spicy east coast Italian and it was decent but wish the sandwich was bigger. Their size selection is different compared to most sandwich shops that I am use to. If I am close by then I might check it out again but I would not go out my way to get food here. The staff were nice and courteous but definitely have had better sandwiches.
