What you would expect from Dairy Queen as far as a soft serve cone. What separates this place is its old school DQ vibe. The building with that red roof is just like back in the day. The inside and outside was really clean on my visit. So added points for the attention to detail. Will have to get this photo on the Golden Cone App as well.

Umm. Where is the rest of this milkshake? We door dashed some ice cream while watching some March Madness games. My wife’s shake came half empty. My blizzard was basically a cup of vanilla soft serve…where are the Reese’s cups?…where is the peanut butter sauce? Not here…only sadness. What a bummer.

Vanilla soft serve ice cream is being served with a yellow hue and uneven consistency and flavor due to temperature fluctuations which poses health hazards. Fudge machine broken over one-year flops around and nozzle tip flopped on top of ice cream. Teenage employees always out of sight somewhere in back of store. Go to Ringwood this Dairy Queen is sanitary with fresh ice cream their equipment is always clean and in great working order and they provide excellent customer service

I mean is the only place to get ice cream when it gets cold but I think they don’t care about the customer and serve fruit that has gone bad.

Great ice cream but okay service but nowhere to really sit

I love the local owners and how they have the most accommodating hours. It’s nice being able to get a sweet treat around the corner in West Milford and even pick a few things up to go like ice cream bars or ice cream cakes. I am a big Blizzard fan and get them pretty much every time I come and if there’s one thing I love it’s consistency. They do a great job at getting them to taste the same way every time. As long as you realize before going in that you’ll be waiting a bit since it’s a small space with limited staff, you’ll be pleased you came!

Been coming to this DQ for 25 years and for as long as I can remember, the current owners have been so miserable and it’s just really awkward and uncomfortable going there. Tonight, I called at 8:22 to place an easy to go order of Blizzards, being considerate because they closed at 8:30. I get there at 8:25 (I was right down the road food shopping), and the minute I walk in the miserable owner starts shutting off all of the lights literally while I was waiting for my ice cream. Seriously? Rude? It was completely degrading and I’ve been a local, like I said, for 25 years and always give them my business, as well as tip. Corporate needs to give the store a phone call. ASAP. Do better.

Just bought some ice cream sandwiches and they are so small. Not sure if they are trying to cheat me out of product. I have never seen them this small.

Was kinda disappointed going here. I got the new York cheesecake with added oreo to it and we’ll there was no cheesecake parts and the strawberry and only went down a quarter of the way and the rest if the large blizzard was Vanilla ice cream.

Dairy Queen has always been a great and quick place to get ice cream. This specific location is no different. Although there’s no indoor seating it’s just like the rest.
