First of all, the employees are excellent. If anything written in this review is construed in a way to get the employees in trouble, I’m gonna come back and make the decorations in the bathroom anatomically accurate.
There were two employees working when I came in and they were swamped, just like cranking through online orders. Human beings cannot make sandwiches faster than they were doing it. They remained polite and great the entire time too. Store was clean.
Just I had to wait like twenty minutes to get my order in and get it actually made. Cause the endless deluge of online orders.
Again, the actual employees could not have been doing a better job. I did not see a single moment where their hands stopped moving.
There just needs to be more than two people working. This is a management problem. Probably a wages problem too, if they can’t hire for this.
If you come in in person, you’re going to have a kind of long experience, and it’s absolutely not the fault of the employees in the store.

Eddie is the best!! He made our sandwiches super fast and keeps the spot squeaky clean. This location honestly is the cleanest I’ve been to and all the staff always make sandwiches.

The sandwich was dry. Barely any mayo and oil as requested. The staff did not secure the bag closed with staples or tape. The bag was left in the hallway outside of my apt door even though I left a container to put the food in to avoid it being left on the dirty hallway carpet.

This location used to be good, but has been horrible the last two orders. Two weeks ago, the order took 20 minutes and the bread was over cooked and hard. Today, i show up and they said they accidentally voided my online order and need me to pay again. Ok, no problem. I drive 5 miles home, open my sandwich, and they messed up my #12 so bad, plus somehow forgot to put the turkey on it. A sandwich without meat. Very disappointing. Might not be worth driving there every week any more.

Jimmy John’s in Falls Church, VA, has top-tier customer service. I was able to place a catering order with team member Edward the night before and pick it up the next morning, only for our event contractor to cancel the meeting at the absolute last-minute. Jimmy John’s Falls Church’s morning team worked with me to reschedule the order for the next [rescheduled] event, and I can’t recommend the team enough. Edward has the patience and demeanor of a saint and is a natural problem-solver. He deserves a raise and a promotion. To the owner: Please consider this for Edward.

Their sandwiches are great. Service is fast and efficient. They don’t talk much because they’re busy. Ambience does not apply as it’s more of a carry out place. It next to Virginia ABC Liquor store. It’s a very convenient location.

I love Jimmy John’s food, but the delivery service specifically needs some work. Ordered a sandwich for delivery around 10:49am, received a notification it was at my place, and nowhere to be seen. I called the restaurant about my food, and they said they would re-deliver. About 90 minutes and another call later, I finally get my food. This is the second time this has happened. I won’t be ordering this location again.

I really like their sandwiches they are very tasty, but I had 2 incidents when first time I had sandwich delivered and I paid cash and driver didn’t have a enough change on him and he said he would bring it back to me – never happened. I learned my lesson to pay online with credit card. Second time the other day it took them 50 minutes to deliver my order and someone from store called me to tell me that driver wasn’t available and it would take longer so he promised me to send a voucher for free sandwich next time with my order and I was okay with that. But when I got it the voucher wasn’t there and I called the store to let them know about and the guy told me that he would credit my order – again never happened. Just think it is bad customer service, if you promise to do something and then you don’t do it. I can understand that something unexpected can happen but don’t promise things you then don’t fulfill.
