Man. I’m so conflicted over this place. I really don’t support the owner or his life choices, so I wish I could stand behind my convictions and not give this place my business. But their sandwiches are really good. Their tuna subs and turkey subs are a big hit at our house. You add onions and cucumber to either of those sandwiches, then cram some of their plain potato chips in the sandwich- it’s soo good. And their light lemonade is always refreshing. I recently tried the Thai Chicken wrap- that was another winner too!

I’ve tried this location 3 times and each time there’s been an issue. The food is always good, but the wait time both inside and the drive thru are NOT freaky fast. Even utilizing online ordering doesn’t cut down on the wait time or errors.

Slowest drive-thru you will ever encounter. If there is one person in front of you you will wait for at least 15 minutes. The food is very good though. I’ve been here more than five times and I really enjoy their sandwiches but it is just unbelievably slow every single time.

I asked for a JJBLT, it came out fully cold with grizzled fat caked to the bacon… when I asked about heating it up, the manager flippantly said it comes that way. He made me pay an extra 25 cents for a cup for water… I’ve never been charged for a cup of water on a really hot day. The customer service wasn’t just lacking it was abysmal! I’ve never been treated this poorly at a Jimmy John’s in my life, so although I usually leave good reviews for good customer service this was uncharacteristically bad for a chain that usually has good customer service!

Places a delivery order on the website and waited 45 minutes. Called to check on the order and was told the delivery driver was a no call no show so they only had one driver who was currently out on a different delivery. I asked for an estimate and they said 10-15 minutes until the driver comes to the store to get my order. I ended up just driving there and picking it up myself through the drive through. I should have collected on my own delivery fee. I understand if there’s a no call no show situation, however my order had my name and email and phone number and yet there was no communication or anything done to rectify the situation other than me paying extra to retrieve my own order.

Jimmy John has some great selection of sandwiches… the freshest bread… their lunch meats are fresh… the toppings for the sandwiches are all fresh! The folks that takes your orders will make subjects if you are confused about toppings for your sandwiches… YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM FOR UR SELF!!!

I visited this place today around 1:00 . Service wasn’t good had no welcome. But after 1 customers enter the establishment the manager says welcome to Jimmy John’s ask if she was a rewards member. 2nd customer enters manager’s says welcome to Jimmy John’s are you a rewards member. Then told the staff to change their gloves before making the customer order. I’m like Wow! Why didn’t get a welcome? Are you a reward member? I don’t know because I’m a African American and the others were a different race. I drove all the way from Hyattsville for this place ask for no onions and took a bite back to work and I had onions. This place is the worse! I definitely would not visit this place again. I been a customer of Jimmy John’s over 10 years this place was the worse.

One car in front of me and nobody inside the store but I was told it would take 25-30min for sandwich at 11:30AM *Sunday*. This is unacceptable!! Was told it was due back up orders?!?!
