Ordered #9 Italian club. Brought it home and found it had no meat in it! I wanted to call the branch to let them know but they didn’t pick up the phone.
Edit: I went back later that day and explained what happened. There was a different worker there, who was able to give me a refund and a couple cookies for my trouble, so they made it right. I’d still go back again, because the sandwiches are good.

To be honest I’m a little disappointed. Jimmy John was my absolute favorite sandwich place during college. The state I moved to doesn’t have the franchise so being in Maryland I was thrilled to know it was a few miles away. Few things that were disappointing was the taste of the food. Second they no longer offer items that were always available. Third you have to bag your own food. How ridiculous is that. They hand you the sandwich like it’s a pen smh. I now left feeling as if I wasted my money and wish I left memory in the past.

Jimmy John’s is no longer freaky fast, used be able to get delivery in 5 minutes it now takes 40+minutes oh and I’m across the street. Update its now a 0saters if I could. Went in the store ordered a #13 and they made every sandwich for every person in line who ordered after me before they made mine and kept me waiting around. There is no organization whatsoever

Food was great, it was fresh and healthy. I always get the hand sliced wheat bread with turkey, provolone and there fresh shredded lettuce. For some reason it’s slightly crunchy and it makes the sandwich taste awesome. I’ve never been disappointed whenever I go to Jimmy John’s, but keep in mind one sandwich will cost you around $7 Bucks or at least at this location it will. I have to try to remember to take some pictures but I never remember until after I leave the location. Click the like button if you enjoyed my review.

This was a very unwelcoming experience for me. The woman here was not very polite and they failed to get my order correct after I specifically gave the toppings choice. Not only was I ignored, but I was given a look as if I was not supposed to be here by the woman at the register, hmm wondering could their had been a race issue???? I simply will never know. I started to just leave. The sandwich was very bland. Firehouse subs and Subway are 10× better than this place. Was going to call in an order for a business luncheon/committee this week but I’ve changed my mind going somewhere else. I will definitely let others know my experience with this place. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect, when spending their hard earned cash, especially by a minor. Very unprofessional.

Very disappointed. Place an order online at 4:30 for pickup at 5:15. Order tracker shows ready for pickup 4:40. Why bother to have this process if you are going to ignore it. I would have ordered at 5:00 if I thought you would do this. Let the bread get soggy from the dressings and the ice melt in the sodas since they will be sitting for 35 minutes before I pick them up. Subs are good when they are fresh but if leftover they are not. These are 35 minutes leftover when they should not be.

Great place to grab a GF sandwich as they do an “unwhich” which is just a lettuce wrap, but somehow they have perfected it. It’s more of a first class option than an afterthought that you get at most places. The lettuce is nice and crispy, holds together well and doesn’t make a giant mess.
There is a good variety of sandwiches and they are at a very reasonable price. The decorations at Jimmy John’s are funny. It’s a good way to pass your time while you’re waiting for your food, though to be fair, there isn’t that much of a wait as the service is impeccable, curtious (even when I kept trying to order a sandwich offered from a different sandwich establishment…) and speedy.
I would definitely recommend for a quick bite, be it sit down or take out.
